I have paid this business ****** to resolve my 2015 tax debt of which ****** was supposed to go the state for resolution. The tax amounts are still outstanding and I have no evidence they have ever contacted the *** or the ******************* on my behalf. This has been ongoing since 2018.They do not return phone calls.

I was seeking an answer concerning an issue with my granddaughters taxes. I went to just answer where it says that it will cost you a $1.00 which was totally refundable. So I put my credit card in which took me to Tax Experts.com. They never really answered my question. When I checked my checking account, they charged me $35 for a monthly membership which I did not agree to. I tried calling them to resolve the issue and they hung up on me! It was taken off my checking account and now its right back on again! My bank wants me to get a different debit card and just had to do this for someone trying to get into my account. How do I get the $35 back! I shouldnt have to pay for something I do not want!

I owed about 40k in back taxes and got endless letters from National Tax Experts. I don't know why I thought it was a good idea but I called them and somehow got talked into paying them ***** upfront and then taking out a loan to pay another ******. For that money, I got absolutely nothing from them. They offered to file my returns for the years I did not, but I recently learned how to view my tax transcripts and no returns were filed. The returns they had put together were full of mistakes so it seems they were too incompetent to fix the mistakes I had called out. I eventually spoke directly with the *** and paid my own debt. When I told NTE, they said they would help with getting the penalties refunded. This never happened. There was 0 communication from them, 0 benefit or services for the money paid, and they are in business solely to prey on people and sell them false hope.

So long story short National Tax tried to work on my tax issues and asked us to get a $15,000 loan for compliance checks after an offer in compromise was excepted by the *** This was all done prior to the offer and compromise being submitted to the *** After multiple offers submitted, they were denied In talking to an *** agent THE ACT OF NATIONAL TAX, REQUESTING US TO GET A LOAN, AND INCREASE OUR EXPENSES PRIOR TO THE OFFER BEING SUBMITTED, IS CONSIDERED FRAUD National tax offered us around $5000 to close our account and sign a release but we have a $15,000 high interest loan that were paying to a group that they were coordinated with and they asked us to get with to get the loan established Weve had an attorney, call National tax with no response The easiest way to resolve. This is to refund our $15,000 that you asked us to get and lets put this behind us.I think national tax has all my information in the file and has made no attempt to communicate at all other than a ludicrous $5000 settlement Anyway, not happy and further information I am not going away!!! we get a bill from lending USA every month which is the company that they asked us to get a loan with!Customer service is very much lacking

On 7/15/2020, I signed an agreement with national tax experts after speaking with *********************** who stated that I would receive help with back taxes. The initial fee was in the amount of $3,486. I eventually paid over $9000 and did not receive any help with taxes and was soon not able to contact anyone in the business. I eventually paid all of the money owed on back taxes with no assistance from this company. 3/26/21, I also spoke to someone who said they were a lawyer for the company and states my case required increased work and I had to pay an additional $4,186, document from ******************. I never heard back from anyone in the company. The main people I spoke to was *********************** and ***********************

My father passed on 1/24/22, he had multiple health issues including Dementia, Diabetes, brain bleeds from falls, etc. In October 2019 I found a check stub for ****** to NTE. I asked about it and was told it was tax prep. After his death I found they had taken ****** from his savings and set up loans for more money with two loan companies, no collateral. The loans themselves are questionable, he was 76 years old, no collateral? He did not know how to turn a computer on and used a flip phone, but I found he had a Gmail account. I found the log in information they created with receipts from the courier they sent out. I changed the password to secure the loan info with electronic signatures. They sent him copies of the tax returns they created with fraudulent expenses. I have hired a CPA, who now has POA, to help fix this mess and we are required to send documentation of everything in with the returns to even hope they accept them. I have all of his documents and just gas expense was 500 pages. The *** would not have accepted the ones they prepared. My dad had 400 in his account when I closed it and an even larger tax lien than when he contracted with them. Not only did they breach the contract, they took advantage of an elderly man with Dementia. I'm including documentation and have more if needed. I want a refund of all of the funds taken from his bank as well as the amounts of the loans taken out so I can settle his estate. I contacted them via email with documentation after his death but have received no response. I met with an attorney last week and will move forward in that direction if I don't willingly receive a refund. Don't bother with your reputation doctor, just refund his money.

National Tax Experts are running a scam operation. They scammed my elderly mother. They contacted my mother about doing an amended tax return and encouraged her to take out a loan to pay her IRS balance. They steered her to **********. This happened in June 2022. We filed our mom's taxes this year and discovered that not a single payment has been made to the **** the amended tax return was never completed, and now, of course, we can't get in touch with them. They worked in cahoots with ********** and the loan my mom took out was routed directly to National Tax Experts. I am demanding a refund of any money paid; they are intentionally taking advantage of vulnerable people.

Start working with National Tax Experts in March of 2020. Agreed to pay over $400 per month through National Tax Experts to handle tax debt. These payments of over $400 have been automatically debited from my account since March 2020 and the *** shows that no payments have been made since 2019 when I made a payment directly to the ***. I have also discovered that my tax return that was supposed to be filed for the 2020 tax year by National Tax Experts was never filed. I have been unable to reach anyone with National Tax Experts to resolve this issues. I would like to have this item settled with the *** or all payments National Tax Experts has debited refunded.

Back in June of 2019 I contacted National Tax Experts for help with my back taxes, at that time I spoke to a *********************** and filled out several forms made a $3,000.00 down payment and went thru the company's third party lender (accredited) paying $330.00 a month to take care of my back taxes upwards of $75,000.00. I was promised that the companies attorneys would take care of my back taxes and "hold my hand" thru the process which never happened I tried countless times to get in touch with no success and when I finally did they stated they were busy because it was tax season and also that *** was out sick for quite some time etc. always an excuse. I had recently applied to renew my passport and received a letter from the *** stating I owed back taxes and they couldn't ***** me my passport which I need to go visit my very sick brother in ******. I went on the *** website and discovered nothing has been done and I am sick to my stomach over the fact that I have spent more than $15,000.00 for nothing, I have clearly been scammed. Please help me to get some resolution I just want them to do what they promised and clear up my back taxes. I am prepared to take this to my States Attorney General and all of my local news stations. Thank you in advance *********************** ************ *************
