    Wont fix their coding issues for redemption on games. Also their customer team wont respond to purchase and redemption issues on their end. Useless company except to collect money and rip people off. I hope pokemon go fires you and goes to another company because I sent them a message about your lack of involvement on issues clearly on your end.

    On July 30, 2025, I purchased a digital game key via Xsolla intending to redeem it on my son's Steam account. Unfortunately, I accidentally activated it on my own account instead. Realizing the mistake within 20 minutes, I immediately contacted Xsolla support to request a refund or reassignment. Despite their policy allowing for refunds under such conditions, I received no meaningful response for over 10 days.Eventually, they acknowledged the case but failed to offer a resolution. I escalated the issue to my credit card provider, ***********, and even submitted detailed documentation. Still, the dispute was deniedlikely because the key technically shows as redeemed, even though it was not usable for the intended purpose.Xsollas support was slow, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout. Their inability to handle a straightforward case or offer basic flexibility speaks volumes. *** filed formal complaints with the *** and BBB. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a game through Xsolla to reconsider. Their customer support and accountability are deeply lacking.

    Had no real issues with Xsolla until this week. I tried to purchase a game package and an error message came back stating transaction did not go through. I diid it again and the second one did go through. Got two statements indicating both went through. Did not get original package. Company refusing to refund. Shady.

    I've submitted a request for a refund for a purchase I made but never received the end product. I was told that I'd get the refund but then I never heard back from them. I've tried contacting them several times through their terrible online chat bot but just made to sit their forever on end without any updates, any notice. Their customer support is terrible and they will take your money and provide no service and then not refund your money as they say they will.

    I can't easily cancel or delete my account! I've tried and looked for a delete account button but i keep getting the runaround. it is ridiculous that this isn't easy.

    Would never do business again with any site that uses Xsolla for their payments!!! They are the ONLY company that has refused to refund for an advance auto-payment. This should be illegal!!! I'm a student and explained this to them, and they couldn't care less. The site I was using (Type Racer) also has no account management tools to indicate subscription status or cancel your subscription, and they just refer you to the Xsolla site which also has no easy way to cancel your subscription either like most sites do. Well, Xsolla - I'm now going to lose you at least as much money as the payment you took and refused to refund.

    I have been robbed ***** per month for a year from this company. I have NEVER USED THIS COMPANY nor did I ever sign up for their services. I contacted customer service and they refused to refund me a cent back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

    This company didn't send me my steam code and then proceeds to keep asking for proof of payment before they are willing to refund or resend the code. Issue is i sent them the info through their chat and to the support email they provided but they still cant seem to do anything other thank ask for the same info again. We went around in circles for over an hour. This is clearly a scam so i filled a charge back on my card through my bank.
