Got a few quotes from other local companies before going with Evergreen Solar & Construction. These guys werent the cheapest however my neighbor recommended themHe was happy with his roof and solar projectSo far everything is going good with the my solar panels.

Go Evergreen solar out of ***********/ *********/ *******/ Imperial Valley area is a joke! The lack of communication and the misinformed staff is upsetting. Staff/ representatives show up to house with no phone call, text, email or any other notice regarding visits. I had solar panel setup on roof since oct/2023 (currently: 02/24). They also didnt do any kind of research regard where electrical panel/ meter can or cant be nor I was never asked if I would like the panel/ meter in a different location, since current local doesnt meet city guidelines. The struggle of working with this company has been a disaster, disappointing, and a regretful experience. I encourage anyone considering solar panels to reconsider having evergreen solar as the company to do the work/ job!

I am regretting going with this company for my solar. Panels installed in October of 2021, they said they would be turned on in January 2022 and that is when I would start making my payments. It is now June 2022 they are still not turned on and I am making payments for the panels in addition to my normal electrical bill. The communication at first was decent although not much had happened, but now I cannot get a response after they said they would reimburse the payments I have made already.

Courteous and professional team. From the first conversation they made me feel comfortable. No one was pushing anything on me or offering me "the up-sale". They clearly laid out my options and made suggestions based on their experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested.

I chose Evergreen Solar because it's the greatest solar company. The service was great and I have loved my panels since day 1. I am glad I was convinced to go with them sooner than later. No negative issues, just absorbing energy everyday.

Evergreen solar installers were very efficient and fast. They did what they had to do while they were working, they cleaned up after themselves very well. The sales rep was great as well. I needed a lot of detailed explanation and they was very willing to do that. He was very patient.

Evergreensolar is the best solar company you can find out there. They are very cost effective compared to other solar companies out there. I am very happy with my purchase and would refer anyone there.

This experience with Go Evergreen solar has been be terrible! My system was installed over 4 months ago and the system is not active as of yet! I called twice a month since the install to check the status and rep for Evergreen would just say "Oh PG&E is processing the request" for operation. So I finally called PG&E to see what the hold up is. Turns out these guys never submitted all the paperwork for approval to operate. They just submitted the applicating that sat in PG&E's portal for over 3 months until it automatically gets turned down due to "ZERO" submission activity of the correct paperwork by the contractor (Evergreen). The sales rep once the install is done dont expect this person to help they will just push you to the office staff that has zero clue what they are doing. It's sad when the customer (ME) has to do the footwork and call PG&E and find out what they should have done since the start! I called them and told them what I found out and of course they said they would look into it. I told them dont look into it "GET IT DONE". The point of all this is I hope this review will help a people who are considering going Solar, and to really take your time and ask around and talk to your nieghbors who have it, seriously take into consideration the info I posted.
