I was making a purchase from Liberty Coin (********************) on **** last week. I pressed the "Buy Now" feature on the Liberty Coin **** page agreeing to purchase the item at the price advertised by Liberty Coin on their **** page. I immediately went to ****** to authorize a payment to Liberty Coin and when I was redirected back to **** I noted that Liberty Coin had raised the price. I believe that by selecting the "Buy Now" feature we were entering into an agreement/contract to conduct a transaction at the listed price. I terminated the transaction at that time after Liberty Coin raised the price after the "Buy Now" agreement. I messaged Liberty Coin about the issue and they blocked me from using their **** store and any communications to them thru ****. I believe this "bait-and-switch" business practice is regulated by the FTC Consumer Fraud and Deception Protection Act that prohibits sellers from alluring customers with lower prices, getting them to expend time in the process (sunk costs) and then are insincere about the offer since in this practice Liberty Coin believes they can always raise prices in their favor at most anytime in the process, even after they have agreed to a posted price with implementing the "Buy Now" feature on their **** page. I would like to see Liberty Coin cease using this poor business practice and adhere to the "Buy Now" agreement that buyers are expecting. If they are permitted to continue then they show be required to post very clearly near the "Buy Now" button that prices may change even after the "Buy Now" feature is selected.

I made an online purchase of gold coins and the charge of $******** posted to my credit card on May 12th, 2022. I got a message on 5/13/22 stating that my order shipped and that it would take 1 - 5 business days. The next week when my order never arrived I checked the tracking number and it said it was an invalid number. I copied and pasted the tracking number from the email they sent me. I called Liberty Coin on Friday, May 20th to get a status update and spoke to *****. He was very rude and accused me of not being able to look up a tracking number and said he could see it on his end. Then he told me that I never entered my address and it was my fault the package was sent out and being returned. He said he would reship it. I never heard back then called 5/26/22 to get an update and again spoke to *****. This time he was even more rude and again accused me of not being capable of entering my information correctly. When I asked him why they would ship a package with over $***** worth of gold with no address he said the "computer" did it and again my fault for not being able to enter my address correctly even though their website won't let you complete an order without an address. I asked him to refund my card and he has not done it. I bought the coins when gold dipped and many reviews state that this is something they do so they you will have to re-order when the prices go back up. I want a refund with interest where they are acting in a fraudulent manner.
