      I ordered 2 Macbooks from this seller back in May of 2023, but they sent me junk in the mail instead. I tried numerous times to contact the merchant (proof attached) and they kept giving me the run-around for months even promising to ship me a replacement order but they never sent me a replacement. Every time I tried reaching out they would say we will get back to you or we are still investigating this After reading other complaints about this company it looks like they have done similar things before. This is fraud and I just want my money back after all these months of back and fourth with this seller. Making a bbb complaint was my last resort for getting a resolution for this scam since this seller is not cooperating at all. Please beware before you order anything from this seller!

      On Aug 26th, 2021 I purchased an Apple computer for $1030.50 at an online refurbishment store. The store gave me the option of taking a loan from Affrim. I qualified for the product and made 2 payments. Because of the customer service from Gainsave, i.e., sending me the wrong product, I immediately notified them and sent them the product in return. After that, I tried to purchase other products but canceled my attempt altogether. In the process, Gainsaver said that they updated Affirm that I the customer did not possess their product, which they did not because Affirm transferred the order to a debt collector **********. ********** is aware of the purchase and has done an investigation themselves. All I'm requesting is that Gain saver:1. Provide documentation to Affirm that I don't have the product 2. Report the error that they made so that it is not reflected on my credit 3. Affirm refund me the ****** that I paid them on my cell phone..

      Ordered a 2020 MacBook air from Gainsaver for school. Had to return as the battery was draining quickly while not plugged to outlet. When I had the MacBook returned the seller accused me of sending the wrong item and said I returned an older broken laptop that resembled nothing like the one I send back. They then denied all responsibility of correcting the issue and told me I had to pay for shipping this broken old laptop back to me. I refused and asked for my refund as I know they received the item but didn't realize what they were doing. They then just sent me a tracking number saying the item was back on its way without even acknowledging my concern. Now they are not responding to my messages and have still charged me $1229.74 while taking the laptop back and sending me a broken old macbook. After reading many reviews and trust rating online about Gainsaver, I know I'm not the only one who experienced this. I should've checked into this scam company before I purchased anything of this amount from them.

      I made an online purchase via ************* (several successful past transactions) in September 14 and was emailed a Delivery date of September 16, via *****. NO DELIVERY and no updates of status except "Potential Delay". I contacted *********, only to discover that my purchase was from a "third party Seller", ************* This is so deceptive and convoluted! In addition to all of this, a four payment, no interest plan is offered through ******, who takes the money and knows nothing about product or delivery! The American Consumer is "being fleeced to the bone"! I want A REFUND!
