      I got a new lease for a *** X1. I was offered multiple warranties which I accepted. However, 3 weeks into the lease I went back to the dealer and informed them that I did not need all of the warranty that was offered to me. This is hoping to lower the monthly payment. When I went to the car dealer, I was told that I could NOT cancel some of the warranty and that if I should do that, it would cost me higher monthly pay as opposed to the one I currently have. I left frustrated because I knew that I did not need all of the warranties offered to me.

      DO NOT BUY FROM LONG BEACH BMW!I bought a 2019 Mini from Long Beach BMW last week. When going over the charges there were two charges I questioned:1) theft insurance 2) paint protection.I said I did NOT want these and was told "all cars get these and it was not an option." ($1259 for both)At closing they were having me sign papers quickly and on the very last page they wanted me to initial the two unwanted charges.The charges said "optional" by these. I questioned them and they said, "it's ********** law that it be written that way."I should have walked out then, but I was stuck, my wife wanted the car and she had already left, they had my $5000 down payment and the dealership was closing for the night.I reluctantly initialed and took the car.I went back the next day and met with the manager. I told him what happened; he was sympathetic, but said the best he could do was refund the theft insurance $259.I would NEVER recommend Long Beach BMW!

      The reason why I bought two ***s was for the reputation of the company. I usually had an ok experience with Long Beach BMW. Last month, their service was not to the standards I was expecting from **** It took a month to get my car fixed. During the process, I got frustrated. I called the general manager since I had tried looking for help at the lower level. I was told that he was in a corporate meeting and I needed to leave a message. I didnt get a call back after a couple of days, so I went in person. He was busy again. Finally, I was able to talk to the service manager. I asked for the refund of the charge since I had to go through a lot to get my car back. He promised to look into the type of service I received. He asked me for a week. He called the following week to let me know that he needed more time. Another week went by and I didnt hear back from him so I called. He called back to let me know that he couldnt help me since I got a good deal on the fixing of the car. I dont think I got a good deal. I had paid over $5,867 in a period of about 6 months in repairs for this car. Im not counting the additional $2,000 in a part that eventually *** agreed to pay for. If we add that, Im looking at $7,868 in repairs. He missed the point of my call. I wanted to let him know that I didnt get the service I was expecting from their business and *** in general. Yes, I was asking for the refund of the charge since I didnt have the opportunity to shop around for the charge since I felt I was being held hostage. If I didnt fix the damaged part with them, I couldnt get the part that *** was going to cover under the warranty. At this point, Long Beach BMW management is too busy to help their customers. Its a big disappointment. I think in the end, I got a lemon.

      This dealership is the worst ever. I've had so many issues with them after purchased my Certified Preowned car from them. Initially, when I test drove the car, the tire pressure light was on. I was advised that they just needed to add a little air and it would be ok. I had to make 4 trips back and forth to the dealership in a month after it kept coming on. Each time, I was assured it was ok and *** be due to outside temperature. On the last visit, they finally determined that there was a leak. They basically sold me a car with a faulty tire. I had to talk to a manager and demand replacement of the tire. It was very stressful. Now, they are trying to deny me use of my maintenance program upgrade when it clearly indicates the contract should still be valid. If you want a stress-free car experience, avoid this place.
