We bought ********* tickets for $50 each. They changed the adult times the day we were going at the last minute. We had the option to jump with little kids or teenagers. When I asked for a refund they said they dont give refunds for same day time changes. They even put it in their terms. I sure bet they make a lot of money doing that. I showed up to this event patiently waiting all week excited, driving 2 hrs away. When I show up there, myself along with other customers were told the time of the event was changed! I checked my email and didnt get any previous warning. We were told it was pushed up to 3, and I wouldnt have been able to make at 3 regardless. Given the inconvenience and the unprofessional handling of the situation, I requested for a full refund for my tickets purchased. This issue was not resolved promptly, so I have no other choice but to compel to share my negative experience with others. I will ensure that everyone I know hears about the unprofessionalism and lack of care demonstrated by their team. This team was extremely unhelpful and no one was concerned because its not their money or time being wasted.Review from Payton P

I bought tickets for a couple family members on a Saturday. The time changed once on the day it was scheduled which wasn't a problem. The family members I had purchased the tickets for were no longer able to make it and I contacted Big Bounce America to have the tickets transferred into a couple other friends names which was wonderful. A storm had come through so they had canceled the event on the Saturday, the day they were scheduled to go, and changed to a Sunday. I was not able to find anyone to go on that Sunday so I had emailed Big Bounce America twice on their website email to apply for a refund due to cancelation due to weather. I still have never gotten a response back from either email. I sent each email to different departments in hopes that SOMEONE would contact me back but I never received any response. I had read reviews on other platforms that people had stated Big Bounce America seemed scammy. I wish I would have listened to those comments. I will NEVER purchase tickets for Big Bounce America again nor would I recommend it to anyone.Review from Conner M

They say 1 ticket, 3 hours of unlimited fun. But we warned there is hidden fees for parking that you cant know about until you u arrive. So for us not knowing we took two cars when we could have taken one. Plus we bought our tickets in advance and so what happens if we drive the hour trip with no extra cash? I feel scammed. Obviously its a fun experience and a great business idea. However they dont do their best to ensure you the consumer are fully informed of all fees. Kind of like the inn keeper from Les Miserables.Review from Kimberly M

Buyer Beware, here is my experience with this company. Due to the weather, they canceled my session and rescheduled me for the following day without sufficient notification. I emailed them that I didn't want to be rescheduled due to a calendar conflict and that I wanted a refund. They sent a link for the refund at 2:22 pm on Sunday, May 5th. Even though their deadline for a refund was by 10 am May 5th. Which is absolutely not enough time for a notification time, especially on the weekend. From the start, they knew they weren't going to refund me. Their company is fraudulent and I will be reporting them to the better BBB!Review from Sheresa E

I bought 4 tickets to their event in ******, **. The event was cancelled due to weather conditions and then re-schedule to a day/time that my family could not attend. I have made several attempts to reach out to them for a refund (through their contact us website and via email) and have never received a response from them. Purchased 3 tickets for one of the toddler session. The night before, they sent out emails saying that the event tomorrow is cancelled. I can either request refund or change tickets to another date. Unfortunately we cannot go to other sessions as we are leaving on a vacation. I filled out the refund request form the next day. I have emailed a few times asking about the refund and was told to wait for 10 business days. A month have gone by and still nothing. Sent multiple emails and no one is replying. They just took my money, cancelled the event, and never response to any refunds. How is this even legal in ******?Review from Lisa A

Biggest joke!! Waste of time and money!! Purchased tickets separately and kids were all giving different times. By the time we got through the lines and talked to people 2 kids times have passed. I asked if we could switch times and one person says go to **************** they should be able to help you. Then same man told me thats not what he said. Kept telling me I could reschedule and come back another day after driving over 2 hours one way! No one could give me a solid answer, each person told me something different!!!! What kind of business is this?! Offered a refund but then couldnt refund me?! No empathy, rude, & honestly the way this man talked to me like I was below him made me want to know his fake a** front teeth out of his mouth!Review from Adam B

Got up at 6 am and drove over an hour with my 5 year old to attend this on July 26, 2023. The forecast was for rain and thundershowers and had been that way for about a day. The night before we received a message stating that the event was on rain or shine. The organizers sent out a notice 15 minutes AFTER the event started stating it was canceled due to rain forecast (it was currently not raining). It is UNACCEPTABLE to cancel this late when so many people drove so far to attend it.
