On 5/6/2022 I paid for a deluxe car wash, about $20. While about to exit the automated wash, a fairly large, heavy metal object that appeared to be a holding pin of some kind fell from above and onto the hood of my 2009 black Chevy Silverado 1500 truck. I reported this to the attendant, who filled out an "incident Report" and took several photos of the damage to my truck. I requested repairs or $ reimbursement as a remedy. I was not offered any credit for the wash I had paid for or any other form of relief. I was told someone would follow up, but no one ever did. Three months later (today, 8/422) I followed up by attempting to call the phone # on the business card I was given. The number is not a working number.Initial Complaint

I recently moved from Simi Valley. I have attempted to contact the company for over a month to cancel my membership. All the emails I have sent through the website, or through the contact email listed, have bounced, or not been responded to.Initial Complaint

On December 18th 2021 Saturday I brought my new 2021 chevy blazer to the carwash because I have a membership and its across the street. The carwash malfunctioned and the employees were aware of the situation as it didn't clean one side of my vehicle and after that I checked my vehicle because it was jerked around during this and found my front driver rim was damaged badly! I allerted the employees and they said to let corporate know which me and my husband sent several emails and got no responses! Also went back to tell the manager and he could care less and said tell corporate which we cannot get ahold of. They have no phone numbers just email. I have receipts for the repair which costs $125 to fix the rim.
