My rotors were a tiny bit rough, so brought them them to Brake Masters on 5/11/24 to be turned. Order number 234781. They turned them, and I put them back on my car. When I tested them, the car shuddered as I used them, which did not happen before. So I ordered new rotors, and those were fine. I checked the turned rotors and one was .2 mm thicker on one side than the other. So they were turned very poorly and made worse. When I went it in to ask for my money back, they refused saying they did not warrant this type of work. They said they did not warrant work done on parts brought it. I read their warranty and all its in this area is that they do not warrant parts brought in. But no statement that they don't warrant the work they do on those parts. Went to take my VW for new brakes and then they sold me shocks and struts. In doing the labor for the struts, they broke the right front axel without telling me they cannot complete the job. In the process, they ordered a new axel and charged me for this. Also, they broke the braking system sensors and now there are multiple faults in the dash lights. The car is not performing like before the work done. I have a VW technician invoice to show wrong doing.
