      Sent my firearm in to be repaired and firearm was sent back repaired with different grips. I want my original grips for my sandviper. I have sent many emails and have been ghosted. I am done with the lack of no reply. I paid good money for my firearm and I am no longer willing to be patient. Send me the original grips!!

      Hello,

      Without any real customer information I am unable to bring up any information on who this customer is. "Nonya Business" does not exist in our system and the phone number provided pulled up no information, and the email address provided in my opinion does not look real. Now if the customer would like to provide some real information then we can move forward, but without bare minimum a REAL first and last name I don't see how we can move forward.

      My first attempt to order items was Nov 25th 2022. The order number was Order #2***20. About a month later I called Customer Service inquiring as to where my order was. I was told that since I'm a Washington resident, it could not be filled. I had to call them to find this out. Yes they had all of my information to contact me from the start. I requested a Refund at that time. I was given a run-around and received an E-Mail later showing that I now had an "In Store Credit". Not what I asked for in the first place. Months later, I purchased from another vendor, what would be compliant for the state of Washington and again attempted to purchase Items for those parts. Order #342910 placed on Mar 18th 2024. Several phone calls and E-mails between the two order numbers were placed simply to get a Refund. Each time I was assured that I qualified for a Refund. Each time I spoke to a different Customer Service agent. Again, several days later I received another E-mail letting me know that since I had used their "In-Store-Credit" before, that my funds were still there as "In-Store-Credit". I attempted to use them unsuccessfully. I have been more than patient with this business and all I want is the return of my money.

      To Whom it may Concern,

       

      After reviewing the email correspondence with Mr. Moore and my previous customer service representative I believe I may have located the problem. We attempted to refund the customer however it failed, The customer had previously had some fraud on his card and the card itself was cancelled. With that being said we will be refunding the customer in full for both transactions (2***20 & 342910) that he made with us and overnighting him a check for the combined amount and we will be removing the store credit from his account. I personally have made multiple attempts today (5/22/2024) to verify his home address but no call has been returned. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and should Mr. Moore have any further questions please have him contact me personally and I will assist him.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      After checking Taran Tacticals web site to verify my personal information,  all information was found to be accurate.  My mailing address,  my phone number.  Three calls were placed to my number but NO voice mail was left leaving nothing to respond to.  As I have had zero refund response by calling Taran Tactical by phone,  I've chosen not to respond to them by phone.  As of 05/24/2024 I have not received the aledged "Overnight " sent refund check.  Taran Tactical has had my accurate personal contact information since 2022 when all of this started.

      The customer delayed his own refund by not responding to any of our phone calls, it is standard operating procedure to verify the shipping address when sending checks overnight for obvious reasons. Nonetheless, his tracking number is 1Z3*************03 and the check amount for both orders (#2***20 & #342910) is $242.89 and is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow 05/29/24.

      Taran Tactical did make three phone calls to my number but left NO messages indicating the need for a response.  The aforementioned check has arrived so this matter is closed.

      Taran Tactical Innovation is the company is question. I purchase a mag flare from them which is a pistol accessory that goes on the bottom of the pistol grip where you insert the mag into the pistol. The products does not meet the expectations in which is was described and designed to do, because the product did not allow the factory mags that come with the pistol to completely fit into the pistol deeming it incapable to function. Video clips were taken and provided to company via email. I spoke to a representative of the company as was told the product can be returned a return label will be provided for the product to be shipped back and refund will be provided. The product was sent back on 3/21/24 and they received it on 3/26/24 @ 1:29p says the tracking number. I reached out to them because the financing company that the purchase of the product was made through has not received the refund of the product yet. So when I reached out today I found out of emailing them that they have recanted there statement of refunding the product and decided without informing anyone that they proceed with providing a store credit in the amount of the product. Opposed to the refund that was agreed upon because the product had a blemish on that was caused apparently during the making of the video clips that was taken for Taran Tactical Innovation on behalf of me to show them how their product does not work properly as it is supposed to based off of there sites description and the production design. But apparently there is a blemish on the product that I didn’t see when removing & repackaging the product. So now they are not looking to refund the products money value back to my financing company, and have decided to change the initial refund intention to refund. The product was sold under defective or in correct measurements in products design when produced for the specific pistol that the product was manufactured for. The manufacturer issues that lead to a blemish is not my fault.

      To Whom It May Concern,


      My name is M*** ****** and I am the manager of Taran Tactical's Customer Service Department. We received a return from Mr. S**** ***** and he had damaged the product significantly due to his incompetence. The item had been scratched and damaged beyond the ability to be resold and for that reason his refund was denied. User error is nothing something we cover under warranty and Mr. I**** was made aware of this and still pursued a refund even though he sent back damaged property. At this point in time we have decided to simply just refund the customer than to keep fighting this. This was sent to his original method of payment so nothing more is needed as of this time. Should Mr. I**** continue to do business with us I would highly recommend he use a qualified gunsmith and not attempt this again himself. Please see attached where our policy states clearly "To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in the original packaging."

      They took my gun, and have never finishes the work. This was not extensive gun smithing that required over 18 months to complete. They told me it would be done in August of 2023, then September, then October, and then November, and yet nothing. No updates unless I ask, no customer service. Terrible company that lies to its customers.

      I ordered a magwell and 2 base pad extensions for my Glock and I only received the magwell. The package that the magwell came in had the receipt in it and it included the base pads extensions but I never received that item.

      I placed an order on December 18th 2022 for some parts that were on sale. Order number283213. The total was $121.94 I received the parts . I then returned the parts in the mail unused, unopened on January 3 2023. Taran tactical received the parts on January 5 2023 at 1:20 pm. I emailed them Jan 22 2023 inquiring about the return and I was not contacted by them. I then emailed again on January 27th. Again, no response from customer service. I then emailed their distribution manager, a man named S** ******. He responded by saying the return was in the system and I would be given my money back. On February 3 2023 I was issued a refund of only $56.99. Again I emailed S** ****** about being shorted on my refund. This time he did not respond. Taran Tactical owes me $64.95 and I would like my money to be refunded to the card they have on file that I used. This process has been going on now for a month and is just bad business on their part. I do not recommend them to anyone.

      Purchased custom gunsmithing services from Taran Tactical Innovations (TTI) on 9/2/21 for $1,599.99. TTI confirmed received of my legally and lawfully purchased Glock 34 on 9/8/21. Starting in June 2022, I started inquiring about the status of my order # 229269. I would leave my call back number with the customer service representative to update me on the status, and I didn't receive callbacks. I sent a demand email asking for a refund and my firearm to be returned to me on 7/20/22. My email was ignored. I called TTI and asked them to ship my firearm back and they stated that some work was completed but they were waiting on the slide and barrel. I have been calling and emailing regularly (emails are ignored) and have consistently received a verbal "it will be shipped next month." Here we are 15 months later, and I called again today only to hear the same story about "waiting on the slide and barrel." I demanded to have my firearm sent to me by Christmas time or I'll be reporting the firearm as stolen, and filing a claim in small claims court for a full refund and the cost to replace the new, unfired, Glock 34 Gen 3 that was shipped to them 15 months ago.
