I assume you would appreciate feedback to better your business for other customers. I placed my first order with you guys recently, with the intent of ordering several more items as well as send in 3 glocks for JW packages. I received no updates for 2-3 weeks. I can see past this part. Not the end of the world as i wasn’t in a rush. I called recently to check status and whoever answered the phone was far less than professional, despite me being extremely understanding and easy going during the entire conversation. If you record your calls, I’d happy to provide the date, time and rep’s name. I’m more than willing to pay for quality parts from a quality company (or so I thought), but not with disrespectful, unprofessional customer service. Especially when I simply placed an order and you couldn’t provide the items, and I’m treated as though I’m putting you out. I was a big fan of you guys, but your rep ruined it for me. I wouldn’t order from you guys again simply out of principle.Review from Nicholas H

I placed an order for base pads on May 7, 2024, and even though they were in stock and payment was taken, I still haven't received the product after 65 daysReview from Steve Y.

Sent them a brand new Glock 34, they sent me back a combat master pistol that hardly works. They tried to fix the issue twice before deciding to ignore me. I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with this company.Review from Jeffrey P

I called in for some product info and was greeted by M******. Not only did he answer my questions, he went above and beyond to check in on my order and verify the time frame. I am always happy to share my experience with companies, and Matthew single handedly earned my business with TTI.
