On Friday November 18th, I ended my contract with this health care biller d/t negligence. We lost many clients and thousands of dollars d/t faulty or incomplete verifications and also lack of follow through on our aging client outstanding balances. They promised to go over the aging report; I have logged phone calls and emails stating this. They will not even return our phone calls or emails. This is highly unprofessional and I also have another statement from a colleague that something similar happened with them. They should be put out of business.
