First Honda damaged my car. They denied it. With photos they acknowledged the damage. They apologised and said they’d fix it. In addition, they said the same company (City Auto Body) will repair the glass and I pay my deductible. They will bill Geico. I agreed. Four days later, they deny ever telling me that. They now say I have to pay out of pocket. City Auto Body said they picked up the car to repair the damage by the dealership, but the glass was already repaired prior. So, First Honda lied. Now, they won’t let me pay the deductible and pick up my car- as all agreed by each party.
