BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I contacted G******/H*/R****y in March 2021 to purchase a trailer for my upcoming cross country move to relocate my family. Ha and Ramsey were very helpful, They didn't have any trailers in stock so they mentioned that they could order one for me that would be there in 8 to 12 weeks. This seemed pretty good since our move wasn't until the end of July/Early August. I checked in with H* via text message a couple times and he always responded back to me. The beginning of June came around and the 12 weeks were up. I texted Ha and I never got a response, about a week later I got a message from R***** that due to the pandemic there were delays in turn around. I still had about 8 weeks before the move so I let it ride. When I hadn't heard back from them in July I messaged R***** that my deadline had arrived and I would have to make other arrangements, They offered me another trailer that was similar but not exactly what I needed. The next day I decided to take a look at the trailer because I realized that delivery of the one I ordered probably wasn't going to happen when I needed it. When I called they told me that they already had it sold...... I decided to make back up arrangements and schedule a mover, This ended up costing me 15k, I also was going to tow the trailer with my truck but ended up having to install a tow bar on my RV to flat tow my truck which cost me an additional 7K. I called R***** and asked him for a refund of my $7500 deposit and he got defensive and told me "Review the contract you signed!" He had verbiage in there that released them of liability due to certain circumstances and that any disputes must be taken to arbitration rather than the courts. I ended up calling the manufacturer and spoke directly with the Rep that took the order from G******. When I explained to him my situation and that they quoted me an 8-12 week turn around he was shocked and stated that they hadn't had less than a 6 month turn around on orders for the last year. I was pissed and at that time I felt I had been scammed for my deposit. ***************** knew all along that they could not make my deadline with this order yet they took the order and my deposit anyway. It is now the middle of November and I have not heard from anyone at G******. I feel they knew that they would be able to keep my deposit and I would be forced into having to purchase the trailer even though I no longer needed it, also I am in Florida now. I think this company has unethical practices and I will make sure all my friends and everyone I work with in the movie industry knows to never buy from this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Unfortunately these statements are not true. We do not give hard dates on custom trailer builds as there are far too many variables. We explained to Mr.N*** that due to material shortages that are out of our control and out of the control of Cargo Mate the manufacturer there has been many delays to all trailer builds in this industries as well as many if not all industries. We did offer Mr.N*** a trailer we have in stock at a discounted rate in order to help him with his trailer need. As stated on his signed contract we nor the manufacturer are liable for delays out of our control. "COVID19" has placed a massive strain on all raw materials for many industries with ours included. We have already contacted him since he posted these statements and said we his trailer has arrived and that we will place it for sale and when it does sell,we will contact him. Jumping around from different sites and make making complaints doesn't make this complaint any more valid.
