This company took $14.95 out of my checking account July 18, 2024. I have never heard of this company. I contacted the bank and they cancelled my debit card and mailed me a new one. So today I saw where they got more money out ($14.95). These people are stealing money from me and others. Something needs to be done to stop this kind of thing. The last date they got my money was Aug. 19, 2024. They need to refund my bank account. ??Initial Complaint

This company has made two changes within the last two months to my PenFed C. Card I got a text from my card on Sunday 06/30/2024 at 4:12 a.m. so I called them to decline it they closed that account and issued us new cards today 07/31/2024 I checked my account again and saw the same $14.95 being changed again, so this time I call my card company and asked why is my account being charged again and they said maybe because I had it on my phone wallet closed our account again. Now we need to wait 7 to 10 days again for new cards. P.s. I call the number on the billing from my account and I get Only a message if I would like to use them for a business account, that is really rich of them.Business response

Customer was successfully charged $14.95 --- one time --- on 30 Jul 2024. We issued a refund in the amount of $14.95 on 5 Aug 2024. Pls see attached screen shot showing exactly that.Business response

I got on my bank website and noticed a charge of $14.95 from May 12th 2024 to a company named web resource with a phone number of 855-461-8186. I called the number asking why They withdrew money from my account. They said I signed up for help starting a business. I did not sign up to start a business. I’m a 60 yo man that is employed full time. Too late to be starting a business. I told the gentleman that I wanted my money refunded and he refused saying I had to email them stating that I did not sign up to start a business.Customer response

The following charges appeared on my banking statement on the indicated dates. I did not request anything from this company nor did I even know what services they provided. I tried calling and emailing them to have the charges removed, but I got no response except to having more charges place on my bank account.
