The Awakened Warrior Yoga Teacher Training is unlike any other - it unites ancient and modern yoga philosophies & practices from some of the world's best yoga instructors and transformational leaders.
We offer 2 week intensive trainings or 6 weekend trainings in either our 200 hour or 300 hour program. Our groups are smaller which allows for more personalized attention and much faster learning. We are members of Yoga Alliance.
Our online yoga teacher training is the perfect fit for anyone who simply doesn't have the time in their busy schedule to commit to a group training. You will be given exclusive access to more than 24 HD videos that you can watch at your own pace.
These professionally shot and edited videos were created over the course of 1 year as Michael traveled from Los Angeles to New York City to Puerto Rico. These videos include all of the exact same modules and content from our live group training, including; the history of yoga, yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation, nutrition, asana, assisting & adjusting, using props, the business of yoga and much more!
