I bought a fridge from there Victorville outlet. The fridge came and did not work, inwas told by sales woman ***** that I could cancel the transaction and they would pick up the fridge. They would not allow me to speak to a manager, and a manager would not call me back. I waited all day for them to pick up the fridge. I call back 4 hours later and was told they would not be picking up the fridge and would not proceed with the return. I want the fridge taken away and my transaction cancelled.Business response

To who it may concernCustomer purchase refrigerator and is aware of our no return policy stated on the receipt signed by customerRefrigerator customer stated that unit did not workWas giving option to come in store reselect another unit she is aware she would get store credit for the inconvenience and she refused to come in because she wanted us to install the refrigerator, our store police we do not install do to liabilities and store policy also on customers receipt she is very aware we don’t install . Our store policy has a no refund as it is an outlet however. We encourage her to come and reselect another unit for same price asap thank u.Initial Complaint

I purchased a stainless steel french door refrigerator from this company on 8/28/21. To find out from the few hours later it was not getting cold or producing any ice out 9f the ice maker. All my food items were completely damage and ruin. On top of that the manufacturer warranty had already expired as well. I was informed that is was new not a 1 year old. I reached out to the owner on several occasions and not once did he every respond back to me. I was talk down like a number not a human being. Through this horrible experience I held my composure and then contacted the finance company and manufacturer they both were apologize for the way I had been treated. I was told on 09/01/21 the company I purchased from said it's a done deal and they were not willing to help me or assist me on this matter. Technician came out on 8/31/21 from manufacturer company advise me their was a major leakage in the evap coil for the freon to keep it cold and produce ice out of the icemaker. Customer purchase a scratch and dent refrigerator final sale that still has manufacturers warranty do to the price discount customer was aware it’s final sale like stated on receipt signed and insatiable by customer. However if refrigerator was faulty unit has manufacturers warranty customer already activated Warraty through Samsung. Never called store to request exchange now we cannot exchange because customers activated warranty through Samsung free for 1 yr and will be repaired by manufacturers Warraty at no cost free unit comes with 1 year warranty through Samsung .

Hello BBB,I was not aware this was a scratch and Dent place of business. I followed up right away with store same day and spoke to a ****** back and fourth. I requested several times for the manager or owner to contact me by me leaving messages and also through the finance company ******. The unique is responsible and need to be fair uphold to not selling what they advertise. I do not appreciate the treatment I'm recieving at all. I have documented every time I place a call to Unique #2 store also spoke with a Ashley in customer service a few times.Thank you Kindly,******Business response

Response from unique appliances 2 LlcAs stated in receipt signed and initialed by customer all sales are final. It is also on receipt that product purchased was scratch and dent with manufacturers warrantyCustomer did activate warranty through Samsung and unit will be repaired through Samsung at no cost it’s under warranty also if customers doesn't want appliance refrigerator she can call the finance and try to cancel through the finance ****** with our store policy all sales are final and do not accept returns but customer can cancel through finance as we do sell product to finance department ****** and they finance lease to the customer . Product is now the finances companies and once customers pay the product in full it becomes there’s at this point the product belongs to the finance department not to unique appliances it’s the finance companies and once customer is done paying for it in full then it becomes the customers it’s called lease to own so if customer desires con cancel must contact the finance department ******. Final response
