I ordered dual pane windows and sliding doors from Mr. *********************** The doors and windows were delivered on time. My issue is with a screen door that did not fit as it should and an extra window I ordered. Mr. ********************** came by and took the screen door to get it fixed. It has been over three weeks since he took the door. So far he has ignored every text and phone call attempt I have made to reach him. Last week, after ignoring me for two weeks, he finally replied saying he was behind and he would get me an update as soon as possible. That was a week ago. I have made two attempts since to get in touch with Mr. ********************** and I continue to be ignored. Mr. ********************** is also supposed to be adding an additional window to my order. Have not gotten any replies regarding this small window either. I was quoted $125 for the window and I have had the cash at home ready for almost a month now. All I want is the window I ordered and the door I paid for to be fixed and returned. Very unprofessional to continue to ignore me. Disappointed in the quality of service.
