My husband and I checked into the Hilton Garden Hotel in San Bernard on 11 Oct 2021. We checked in for 5 days with a discounted rate. On 15 Oct we decided we wanted two extra nights. When we attempted to get the rooms we was rudely told by the receptionist that there was no rooms available for 16-18 Oct. When my husband and I checked again that night for room availability the night receptionist kindly checked us in for two more nights. The following morning around 10:20 am, I was in the lobby and I asked the receptionist why she refused to give us the extra rooms on 15 Oct. She looks into the computer and rudely tells me that the rooms was not available at the rate that we originally got them for. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she says I am the Supervisor. I then asked for her supervisor and she hands me a business card. When I asked for her name she rudely says ****** and spelled it out ******. I called her a name and she said back at you. I then told her she needs to learn her job. I recall ****** screaming and coming towards me saying I do know my job and putting her finger on my nose and that's when I grabbed her and told her to not put her hands on me. The General Manager claim the video shows me pointing my finger at ****** and she pushed my hand away. The police was called, we was kicked out the hotel and refused a late check out and ****** charged our master card twice in the amount of $545.45. My husband and I was not there when the police arrived due to an appt. We told ****** to call us when the police arrived. Our appt was across the street. No-one called us.When we arrived back at the hotel the police had been there and left. We asked for a police report and ****** says am not talking to you. I spoke over the phone with the General Manager ***** ******. She refuses to release the video, hesitated but did say it appears that ****** put her hands on me first. I would appreciate if the BBB would help with a resolution.
