      Hello I spend a over $150 to 200 dollars a week at stiiizy San bernadino and even moreno valley when I'm not commuting to work. I never had to exchange or return anything it's been almost 2 years. My 58 dollar live resin pod exploded that I brought yesterday and I was denied My exchanged and laughed at a stiizy san bernadino. I threw away the box at the store and they said they took the trash out but I shoils have checked. I would like a brand new pod or a full refund I brought his yesterday and it exploded everywhere this morning. I need a new pod this is insane i spend 200 a week somewhere and never ever asked for a refund or exchange and I have one issue with my hard earned money and they laugh at me and would not let me exchange it for a not defective one I thought I had one week to return and I just got it yesterday. I would like a brand new pod and also I will never give stiizy sb my business.

      Company advises you, if defective product please return and exchange with in 7 days. There product leaked all over my face. And refused to exchange. Been loyal customer for 2 years.

      On 8/4/21 I was misinformed by sales person and purchased the incorrect products. Went back to the store and they refused to exchange or refund my money. The only solution they offered was to email the customer support. Went through several emails back and forth and complied with every email request including sending a picture with products and sales receipt. I never heard from them again. I sent multiple email request on the status of my return/exchange.

       I am rejecting this response because: I still have their products and never exchanged anything. Never received refund. I waited and waited to hear back but never heard anything.
