I initially began working with the Owner's (Frank) Wife. She was a pleasant to work with and helped me with answering questions I had. I was then advised to speak with Frank, the Owner, who at first, was very easy to work with. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner and was willing to work with me in purchasing my Boss's products for his pool. We purchase the Aqua Guard and at last minute, he also gave us the option to hire him to apply the product for us. We weren't given specific instructions on what was needed in order for him to do the project, therefore, we did not submit any special documents as no requests were given. We were charged for the full scope of work BEFORE the job even began and were also charged for their lodging, which we didn't know were responsible for. On top of that, we had already purchased all the products through Frank. He flew here to Vegas and met with my Boss who is the owner of the home and rather than telling us the truth about not being able to work on the pool at that time, he said he'd be back the next day because we didn't have the man power to do the job alone. He then reached out to me, not in regards to the project, but asked to take me to dinner. I found it unprofessional and did not look great on his behalf as he was also a married man. Of course, I did not meet with him for dinner, but the next i spoke with him, he informed me that he was unable to do the job and that we would still be responsible for paying for everything including the full remainder of his lodging to basically do nothing. He didn't do one scope of work, didn't even touch our pool, on top of that, made us pay for what just seemed to be a leisure travel rather than business as he did not even do one work for us and was charged for the full amount. He said he would work with us and in "work with us", he though it would be fair to accommodate a refund of just $200 back to us when the entire project including the products was over $6,000. We do not recommend working with this company to anyone! Worst experience ever and unprofessional.
