I canceled 2 warranties on a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta purchased at this dealership. I received confirmation that my cancellation was processed by Volkswagen of America and to wait 6 to 8 weeks for my purchasing dealership to process my refund this was October 21, 2022 and I still haven’t heard from the dealership I’ve attempted to contact dealership on several occasions and left messages with no response.Business response

On 7/4/22 I bought a GTI Volkswagen at Car Pros Volkswagen San Bernardino. The price of the car was advertised at $33,000 online. We drove to San Bernardino from the San Fernando Valley. I dealt with 2 dealership salespersons, ****** and ******. Don't know their last names as they never gave me a business car or anything with their names on it. They wanted to crunch #s to give me monthly payment I could live with when they disclosed car was $46,000! We were offered a 4.99% interest but ended up agreeing to a 6 something % along with car price of $40,000. We had this written down. I waited a long time to go over finances. I was told it was because finance person was out to lunch. Finally, they found a finance person that could help me, ******. He went over extended warranty and car care. He said monthly payment would increase to $2. something. I agreed and initialed that document. He printed the contract and said sign here, here.... done. When I took a look at the contract later. The interest was set 7.19%. There was a debt cancellation agreement for $1000. The VW care totaled up $5380.. My monthly payment went from $701 to $789.44. Tried calling for days but was told ****** wasn't at work, or not there. I left messages. 1 time I was left on hold and no one picked up. I finally got a hold a ******. I told him contract didn't reflect our agreement, and he didn't communicate changing it neither. I was contacted by credit unions offering me 3.8% finance charge. ****** said I was denied by other creditors and that I could refinance the loan later. He also said he'd mail me copy of docs I signed on the car care and "debt cancellation agreement". Never received it. When I complained online, they said to contact manager. Manager Nabil never returned my calls. When I was getting my car windows tinted technician showed us window was scratched. Appeared to be with a blade and where the sticker price was. I called ****** and he said it would be taken care of. It has not.
