I ordered a pair of TopTacticalGear Premium Gloves in a Large Size, Color Black and was charged via my MasterCard a total of $39.95 on November 21, 2022. The order number that I received on the original receipt was *********. Originally, I only got the receipt for my purchase and received no shipping updates until I repeatedly emailed their customer support, at *********************************** I finally received a shipping update with a new order number that was TG76083 and the tracking number was ********************************** through Pitney *****. It said it was delivered on December 10, 2022, but the only package that I received that day was completely empty except for a plain white plastic disk that was about the shape of the coin, and though it was shipped from ******, **, the tracking numbers didn't match. I informed the customer service representative of this, and have yet to receive a reply after a week. I would like a refund since it has been over a month and I have not received the product, and it has been a week since I have last heard from the customer support.
