            My *********** moved into ************************************************************** in 2020. We moved out Dec 27,2021. Apartment was left clean and nothing broken. We invested money to making sure apartment was left how we received it. Out deposit was ***** and the prorated amount for the rent was $161.50 for the month of December. Today 2/11/2022 we received a check for the amount of $161.50. The total amount agreed to be refunded to us by email is $1,161.50. I have called the company asking to speak to a live person for weeks now and all I get is you can leave a message and they will get back to you. You can never speak to someone about your issues right there and then. It has caused my family financial **************** I just want my money.

            MV Properties Inc. is a property management firm that is completely unorganized. One should not expect anything less than constant passive aggressive communication to tenants, should expect MV Properties to not keep their word on anything contract related, and should be prepared to remind the management what their own contract says. MV Properties do not conduct their business in a manner worthy of proper business etiquette and if I acted the way they do I would have my professional membership revoked for my industry. They cannot keep track of basic information such as amount of security deposit, whether parking spots are paid for or reserved (and which ones are reserved) and most importantly have a history of not responding to residents, thus putting residents in breach of contract, and then penalizing residents for said breach that was created by MV Properties negligence.
