Grace Rose Farms is an amazing family owned and operated company with the best customer service reps, Julio and Oriana, are so wonderful and helpful. Owners Gracie and Ryan have always gone out of their way for and have been extremely generous to all of their customers. I have been purchasing cut garden roses and now garden rose bushes from Grace Rose Farms since 2018! Any issue I have had, which has only been two times in six years were handled quickly, efficiently and generously above and beyond what I expected. I have over 300 of their garden rose bushes and have not had any out of the ordinary issues you would expect with shipping rose bushes! They have been so helpful and share all of their knowledge freely. Very thankful for Grace Rose Farms and looking forward to buying more beautiful garden roses bushes in the future!

I’ve ordered a lot of rose bushes from Grace Rose Farm in the last couple of years. Around 40 plants. Most have arrived as bare roots and were healthy and have performed well in my garden. Customer service has responded well to any and all questions I have had. Grace Rose Farm has become known for hard to find roses that are seldom available to purchase elsewhere in the US.

I have ordered many rose bushes as well as cut rose bouquets from Grace Rose Farm and have been nothing but pleased with all my orders. The cut roses far exceed any quality or variety I can get elsewhere and have been wildly popular when I send as gifts. I’m grateful for all my gorgeous rose bushes in my garden from GRF. Any issues that ever arise have been dealt with promptly and satisfactorily, even beyond what was required or expected many times. Will continue to order for myself and as gifts.

I ordered around 8 rose bushes for about $550. After about 3 months on 5 products arrived. I emailed about the other 3 and never heard back. I pursued a refund and never got one. They took full payment and never refunded me, never delivered the product and never got back to me. With all of the options for roses why risk buying from someone who will take your money?

The rose bushes that I bought from Grace Rose Farm were all in great condition upon arrival. There were no buds yet,but that is to be expected. They were all green and potted with a plastic bag covering the pot and bottom of the plant to keep moisture and soil inside. I received them at the end of May and all of them have bloomed beautifully. Since May, I have bought 6 more and I'm planning to buy at least 8 more as the new varieties are being listed. Also, the have wonderful customer service and have a 3 year guarantee! Most places give you 3 months. You won't regret buying anything from GRF!

BUYER BE BEWARE. This company is a SCAM. I placed an order of (expensive) 3 rose bushes and received them MONTHS later. 1 of the bushes arrived damaged so I emailed customer service and they said they’d replace it (still haven’t received it)! I placed a 2nd order (I know dumb!) and they said it’ll arrive in the fall!! If you want to receive your (possibly) damaged merchandise MONTHS later (I’ve heard some people wait over a year) then by all means go ahead and purchase. Also their excuse is “it didn’t ship due to subpar.” How about you stop biting off more than you can chew! Also, if you want a refund, forget about it!

Horrible company. I ordered 18 roses for an 80th birthday celebration. I paid $25 in shipping to have delivered on a specific date (the birthday). They arrived after 7 pm, looked horrible, and only 12 roses were delivered. I reached out to the company right away with pictures. I was told that after a few days they would look better after "rehydration," but can have brown tips on arrival. These looked like dying grocery store flowers that were in the sale bin. They never recovered, and looked nothing like the image -- ie this was not a special variety, but truly looked like a regular pink rose from the grocery store. I asked for a refund for the 6 roses they never sent and was told that they now send 12 roses not 18. I sent a screenshot of the website with the description and was told it was a system error. They refuse to provide a refund. I would have been better off spending 10.99 on grocery store flowers and paying someone $20 to deliver these. At least the grocery store flowers would have looked better, and I would have had on time delivery and no hassle. It's appalling how ridiculous the emails are from their customer service staff. I even left a phone message and no one responded.

This "business" is beyond unprofessional to the point of being downright fraudulent. I ordered 4 rose bushes from them in early May. After numerous emails back and forth (No one ever answers the customer service number), and being extremely understanding with them, I decided to cancel my order when my early May email was met with yet another excuse as to what the delay was. At that point I emailed that I would just like to cancel my order for a refund. Approximately 2 weeks later I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, as I had still not been credited back for the roses I never received. I was initially credited back a refund from my bank, however weeks later I received a letter from my bank stating that the funds were reversed back to Grace Rose Farm. I called my bank again and they stated that the seller had proven delivery to me. Upon further investigation based on UPS tracking (which Grace Rose never sent to me, by the way. The only reason I was lucky enough to access the tracking info was through the "Shop" app which tracks your online orders from different companies) I saw that it had indeed been delivered. Back to them. In Somis CA. Tracking info proved that the shipment had actually made it to Houston (where I live), but the shipment address was changed "per sender request" and the packages were basically returned to sender from TX back to CA. This company KNOWS that they did not deliver these roses to me, and instead shipped back to themselves, yet are STILL arguing with my bank that I owe them the nearly $300 for roses. I still have not been credited. I don't want the roses anymore but I do expect a full refund. Their lack of professionalism in maintaining timely shipments and having ZERO support on the customer service number is bad enough. But to continue to lie to my bank insisting they were delivered to me is beyond fraudulent. Avoid doing business with them at all costs. This has been nothing but a headache since day one.

I've purchased many potted roses for my garden from Grace Rose Farm and I'm so impressed with this company. Care is always taken with details to shipping, ordering and communication and when there have been minor issues, it's always been addressed. On top of that, I love the transparency when there are problems and steps are taken to fix! I'll always be a customer and fan!

Grace Rose Farm has consistently delivered a high quality product for many years. Even as the business grows, they always make sure the customer is at the center, and their guarantees ensure you get what you ordered. Shipping live plants is inherently risky, and when unexpected shipping damage occurs, they always make it right — offering replacements and/or gift cards. My 20+ rose bushes are thriving!
