We have been charged $822.63 today. This is in error. Please reverse the charges ASAP. We are trusting this is in huge error as we had canceled this week in-home care weeks ago plus future weeks.

We bill every 2 weeks and on 7/24/2023 we came out and provided services and did shopping for M. Someone forgot to remove the week of 7/28/2023 so a credit will apply on the next bill ( error on one week).
Also if you are canceling future weeks a 4 week notice needs to be given as stated in the services agreement, If you need to cancel 100% it's not a problem just need proper notice, I just cannot hold a space without charging for it.
A copy of invoice attached and care notes also below PDF.
Please let us know if you are giving TLC Assistant Living Services a 4-week notice or just canceling services for 2week, either way is fine and a credit for week of 7/28/2023 will be applied.

Also we called customer daughter and customer and advised a ***** notice was required and didn't want them to loose there deposit, and TLC received an email asking for a pacific caregiver come Thursday and Saturday and no time mentioned, but there service agreement is M-W-F 8am-12pm. TLC hasn't received a 4week notice from customer (but only request to hold a space from the daughter.
Services where provided and also it is a weekly rate stated in service agreement.
Also today 8/12/2023 first time hearing this information:( My Mom is dying and Im taking care of her.)
I'm sorry to hear this about your mom. Without knowing this information we still offered to come out so your mom " wouldn't loose your deposit" and you emailed TLC days not in services agreement and now you are posting a bad review for no reason. If you need assistance please call the office and would be happy to honor our 4week notice that has not been given at all.

Good Morning,
TLC cannot change the days and times of service agreement.
Our Contracted Services days are M-W-F 8am-12pm and no weekends, for weekend services are for full time customers only, sorry. If you need services for next week please let me know because my schedule for employees goes out weekly today 8/10/23 this afternoon.
Let us know by 12pm today if we can send a cagerive to you next week.
