I really wanted to support a local business. I have bought several items from them over the years. Most recently, (7/2020) we bought a matching couch and recliner. Leather. Motorized. This was our most expensive purchase from them yet. The padding in the arms of BOTH the couch and chair is disintegrating. Not just deflated. Actually leaving grainy foam bits on the ground. My husband 1st emailed in November of 2021. Nearly every week, 11 weeks now, he has been calling to get this issue resolved. The owners WILL NOT call us back. Its to the point, I dont know what to do next. They either need to replace the couch and chair or refund us the purchase. Thank you for all the help you can offer. I have the original purchase statement and email, phone records to reflect our statements are true.Business response

We refunded their money.
