We payed $3000 to this company to do general landscaping, weedeating and cutting and removing dead tree limbs. On June 3rd at around 8:30pm his helper came to get some more tree branches. At about 8:45 I went out to check on him and there was a huge dust cloud and I could hear his truck burning out in our gravel driveway. He didn’t just do it once. He would stop and start again. I came running out yelling STOP!!! I asked him what are you doing!!?? He said he overloaded the trailer and now he is stuck and doesn’t have 4wheel drive. Also on top of that he ran out of gas and forgot his cell phone so I had to call his boss. We called his boss about 8 to 10 times and left voicemails. He never answered and never called back. I told his helper u just destroyed the driveway. There are about 10 big holes that he dug out at 6 to 8 inches deep. I told him you can’t just fix this driveway with shovel and 30 minutes. It’s taken us years and peter-built trailers of roadbase to get it solid. We brought in tons of roadbase and laid big gravel on top. Over the years of rain and us driving over it set the roadbase really solid. The huge propane truck uses the road with no problems. And this is the road we use to get our classic cars from the shop up to the house. So we wanted it really firm and to not kick up dust that way the cars aren’t dirty after we detail them. 20 years ago my friend messed up the driveway and my dad and I fought it for years. Once it starts it’s just gets worse and worse. So after waiting awhile and not hearing from his boss I got my full 5 gallon gas can so he could just get out atleast. He said he would bring it back the next day full. So we had to release his trailer and leave it there overnight so he could get out. I messaged his boss and told him everything and that we would get a quote to fix it correctly. He responded once and told me he had no idea about any of that and to fill in the blanks for him so I did. He still has our gas can and wont respond
