My correspondence with this shipping company started on December 19th. I was shipping a car from ********** in ****************, ** to my home in ************. We agreed on a fee of $487 for the shipping cost. We agreed on a pickup date of 12/27. I paid a booking invoice fee of $50 on 12/22. On 12/26 I had to reschedule the pickup for 1/4 because there was an issue with the dealer and the car wasn't ready. The shipper agreed to this change in dates. On 1/4 I talked with the dealer and the car was not picked up. I emailed DIG Auto Transport the evening of 1/4 and asked why the car wasn't picked up. They emailed me back and said they will talk to the driver. I never heard anything back and emailed them again in the morning on 1/5. They again stated they will double-check with the driver. A couple hours past and I asked again why I am not getting any answers. They stated they will give an update soon. They never did so later that afternoon, I told them I was going with another shipper because they weren't capable of picking up my car and/or giving me any reason why. I asked for my $50 booking invoice fee back since that booking led to nothing but me wasting my time. I never heard anything back from them after that. I am not sure what BBB is capable of doing. I am sure I can get ahold of my bank and get my $50 back but something needs to be done about this company.
