I purchased a Micargi Cyclone Deluxe 2.0 from Electric Bike Pros on 9/6/2021, an online dealer of Micagri Bicycles . I had ordered the bike in flat silver w/red rims. After the order was placed, and my money was received by Electric Bike Pros, I was informed that if I wanted a Cyclone Deluxe 2.0 I would have to accept it in flat black w/black rims, as it was all Micargi had in stock at the time, so I reluctantly agreed to do so. Upon receipt of my shipment I opened the box and inspected the contents. The first thing I noticed was both front and rear fenders had scratches on them from the factory and someone had taken a can of spray paint and touched up the damaged areas without first sanding. Then I noticed there were no manuals included, with the exception of the charger manual. I also noticed Micargi did not include a battery with the bike. Their response was that all Cyclone Deluxe 2.0s are shipped, from their factory in China, with a battery, so I must somehow be mistaken and refused to send a replacement for the battery I did not receive. Without the battery the bike does not work. They did agree to have me return the bike to them, postage paid. However, I knew that once they opened the box and saw the battery was missing, both fenders scratched, and manuals missing they would deduct from my original purchase price of $1,900. They would no doubt deduct a restocking fee on top this. So, now my bike is sitting in the basement while I look for a battery.
