    I purchased a Hubsan zino mini pro around 12-19-2021, it is supposed to be a good reliable drone with many functions as described by Hubsan. From day one this drone is unreliable and therefore not safe to fly at all. The USB connection constantly fails, I was advised to buy a new one but the Hubsan team. I shouldn't have to buy replacent parts for a new item but I did, I bought 4 different cables from 4 retailers and the problem continues with Hubsan just repeating the same advice. Then the Hubsan APP does not show correct magnetic direction in the attitude ball, Hubsan says it's my cell phone with the problem. I use two other phones and the problem remains. I purchase a new phone with all required sensors and the problem still remains. Hubsan once again takes me back in a circle offering the same advice as they did at the begining of the issue. Then the GPS constantly disconnects which puts the drone into attitude mode which means it drifts around without full control randomly. Hubsan wrongly blames ALL the environments I am flying in. Not possible!! Then it is required to buy a new computer because Hubsan drone has to be constantly calibrated unlike other drones. I buy computer and again the system this is supposed to fix not not get fixed. Hubsan again tells me it's my equipment. That is stupid and insane. They are selling a product that appears to fail for a lot more than a couple people then Hubsan does nothing to help but run people in circles with their incomprehensible communications. Ie: you should try a new cable, even though you have tried 4 already. This company screws it's customers that are paying 4-5-6 hundred dollars. I paid 579 USD plus extra batteries and accessories for a product that has been a continuing failure from a company that does not respond appropriately to it's customers. They should have their products pulled off the shelf and refund every customer that desires it. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and incompetent group.

    I bought a zino mini pro and in one of the flights because a bug the drone fly a way. All the flight logs and information of the serials # got sent to get a replacement and after a month I got a message saying that my email don't appear binded to the drone. I have even the order number serial number etc. And even with the hubsan care. I'm unable to get the replacement drone. Kyle and Alisa are the only technicians. They are only messangers to the real company in China. Taking days to answer and with no help. One of the worst companies that I have made deals with. Better go to another companies for a drone. You will not regret it. Autel. Dji. Even Xiaomi. Is better. Drone was impressive but full of bugs.
