Absolutly worst company Ive ever dealt with, C/S is horrible will not respond to any of my emails. I spent $500.00 on a Pulse Ox Monitor, and I was withing my 30 days to return it. It did not work for my brother, so I needed to return it. I messaged them several times about sending it back. I send a copy of the tracking number to them. I waited about 1 week to see if I would get me credit back and still nothing. And their normal return time is 2 to 3 days. I have been sending multiple emails every week, since February when I 1st purchased this monitor, and havent gotten any response back. I tried to dispute thru my back and they are putting it back on the this company to refund me. now Im out my $500.00. Any company that doent have a telephone to call them, I dont recommend ever buying from. This is an absolute mess. All i want is my refund.Review from Davis G

They offer 30 Money back Guaranteed, has been 15 days since the day I'm requesting a return label cus a defective device, the only way to be able to talk to that **** is by email, and they reply only at 3:00AM.I only have 3 more days to reach the 30 timeline and have no resolution, I'm afraid I'm screwed with this people with horrible customer service.Please note I'm referring to a CPAP Medical device of daily use, You can't be waiting weeks for a resolution!Review from Tausha B

I have had nothing but problems with this company. They sent me a oxygen ring that would not charge and I have contacted them several times and just keep getting the run around. I have asked for the address to return the item and they refuse to give me one. I will never use this company again.Review from Clint H

I have. A lot of wellue products I use them everyday and in my nursing home as well. I never expected this kind of disrespect and neglect on a product from your Company Wellue. I'm very disappointed! In how your company has handled an issue with your product that has an issue and a warranty in writing with records and receipt. Wellue has the potential to change the way we monitor our health and wellness I share these testimonys in my Gym about how easy it is to do home testing yourself. Foremost without proper customer service the company not honoring a warranty on a defective product reflex to many people that your company does not confidently believe in the future and growth of Wellue.Review from Theodore W

Ordered Resvent iBreeze water tank for CPAP humidifier. Advertised price online $40. $40.80 charged to my bank card, Received order acknowledgment and number but item was not shipped. No phone number or address provided. Called NewEgg Wellue retail store and was told that they have no record of the order or payment. They would not give me a phone number or address for Wellue. As a senior, I am hoping to receive item or money returned. Very disappointed at their terrible business practices. TWWReview from Linda K

Just filed a BBB complaint. Wellue is not returning my email requests for the address to return product 02ring. There is no Company address or telephone contact number for them posted on their Website. As clearly stated in their return policy: I have met all requirements, the company has not. Their return poicy states they will return my email within 12 - 72 hours, depending on the day or the week vs. weekend. There has been ZERO contact made by this company to me. ZERO STARS if I was able.
