We have a contract with custom cabinets we have been up to date with all payments. The contract was signed on September 28, 2024. Cabinet designs were agreed to on the same day and a ***** deposit was made . We have been more than patient with ************************* buisness owner and he is refusing to complete the project. On the contract he states cabinet production will take 4-5 week upon deposit and approval of cabinet drawings. Its been 9 months and have given him plenty of time for production. ************************* is irresponsible and has nothing but false promises. My husband *********************** visited the shop June 7th at 1:40 pm to fine cabinets had not been fabricated. We have been in communication with ***** and either he promises and does not deliver or says they will be here tomorrow and never shows up. As a resolution we need to have our cabinets finished stat, the contracted project completed and have amount due adjusted to reflect all of the damages and agreed deductions we have due to his irresponsible behavior.Initial Complaint

We hired this contractor for custom kitchen cabinets. Signed contract in Aug, 2023 and his license was valid. Agreed completion would be by Thanksgiving and October would be install date. We are STILL NOT completed and found out his business license was suspended 10/31/2023. We have had nothing but issues. ****** cancels constantly for every reason you could think of, and is his crew is always late by several hours and then they leave early. Nothing was level for our counter tops and had to be redone delaying our counter install by SEVERAL weeks, paint had to be redone twice because first time was SO Terrible, doors don't fit correctly and have had to be redone several times, large cabinets above fridge are sagging, caulking is wrong color. He is now REFUSING to complete without final payment.
