              I have written into their website contact us page four times no reply. I need technical support, I can't figure out how to get the alkaline canister off the wall holder. I spent an hour today with Amazon and called a few phone numbers. No technical support reply or phone number listed.I bought this filtration system because I thought it was something I could do by myself. I can't afford to hire a plumber each time I need to replace the alkaline filter.
