I enrolled with energy savings program thru socal gas for new furnace and water heater , they contracted tonys services to install . 1st time around I lost days work waiting on them to show up no one ever called me to let me know I called 5 minutes before closing hours and they said they won't be able make it out after I repeatedly told them.ill be taking ******* work for appointment they set me up with . They didn't seem to care if I was upset ,pretty much you want another appointment or not. Months later after installation this month of November finally needed heater on due to cold weather didn't work . I called tonys and they recommended me turn off and on the unit I did so nothing happened. They set me up with a appointment for 11/7/2022 Between hours of 1 to 4 pm. I took another day off to wait for them. I called early same day to confirm and they confirmed minutes yo 4pm no one has showed up or called me with any updates, I call and they seem to nit be worried bout me waiting and no one calling with updates they came up with excuses as before then tried to reschedule as I lost another day of work . They lack the knowledge of customer ********************** and wish socal gas would of used another company. I don't see how socal gas a major company contracts out irresponsible company to represent them. They don't have website to review so I found yelp review and of course all complaints. Now I'm still in cold with who knows if I'm in danger due to faulty gas furnace.Business response

****************** applied for the low-income, energy assistance program which we proudly serve the inner- community that replaces Heating appliances for those in need. We replaced and installed a new furnace and water heater per company guidelines and left his property with everything in working condition. As with anything mechanical there is a risk of failure as some components might fail during shipping. As was the case with ******************. ****************** called our office to make an appointment which we gladly accepted and gave him a window between 1-4 as the time frame window was closing, our tech advised us that he wasn't able to make it due to a hazardous leak he was still working on, at that point our office staff contacted ****************** advising him of the situation, and we would have to reschedule, it's out of our control. ****************** became very upset and was verbally abusive towards our office staff. We apologized to him and stated that we have no other options at this point other than to reschedule. He was still very upset yelling and demanding his lost wages. After 10min of constant cussing and threating us, he finally calmed down, he agreed to reschedule. We set up appointment, went to his home fixed his furnace, we left his home with his furnace working properly and him being content. He called the next day again demanding lost wages he said incurred. We asked his furnace working properly and he said "yes". after that we stated to him that we would not honor the warranty if he continued to be verbally abusive to our staff but if he would call politely, we would gladly provide service. He Became irate once again & once again started to threaten us with bad language and put a bad review on every platform. It's very unfortunate ****************** Feels that way about our services as we are very active in the community by helping those in need. We deal with hundreds of customers and the years we have servicing customers WE Have NEVER encountered someone so angry and verbally abusive as ******************. Our secretary had to take a day off the next day due to her being shaken up by him. We consider his work order closed due to his violent behavior.Initial Complaint

This heating and ac contractor came out to install a new furnace for my mother in law who is a senior. He installed it incorrectly and the inspector told my mother in law it needed to be adjusted in order to be safe and not cause a fire. Her and I have been trying to contact the company unsuccessfully for over a month. They never answer our phone calls and now there's a giant open wall in her kitchen where this unsafe furnace is sitting. My mother in law is 65 years old and has no idea how to use online business platforms or email so I'm trying to help her get this figured out. Please help get their attention to fix this issue because it's very dangerous and has ruined her kitchen. The hole is around 2 feet by 5 feet.. exposing beams and foil/wood.
