He told me it's a good car, he won't sell me a bad car. He told me everything works good, don't worry about it. He told me the car is fine, don't worry about it. He told me the car - no accident. After I gave him the money orders and told him thank you for helping me b/c he smog tested for me, I noticed the look on his face like something was wrong. Like he clearly knew something was wrong. Well, it turned out the car has multiple issues/ early on. Glitchy, check engine light kept coming on. Car shakes. A/C flooded the middle console & water coming up the windshield while i was driving on the freeway etc (I kid you not) very scary. EVAP problem/leak. Car stall. Died. Towed. In the & out the shop / at dealership- repair. Oxygen sensor issues etc. Also, then I found out from a ****** dealership, they printed a CARFAX report for me and pointed out POTENTIAL ODOMETER ROLLED BACK INDICATED. From ******* miles to ****** miles. So I verified & found out the ODOMETER was Rolled Back/ TAMPERED & Minor Accident Reported. I called/ texted/ left voice messages on his Cell phone # multiple times. I also called/ left voice messages on both his shop phone numbers multiple times. He hasn't/ doesn't reply. I need to return the car back to him & I need/ requesting my money back $8,800.00 along with the extra few thousands (estimate) I put into fixing the car & out of pocket expenses, as it has been a very stressful/ distressing/ frustrating/ exhausting my energy-physically mentally, emotionally etc experience for me, being that I am a Highly Sensitive Person ( HSP).I woud have Not even contacted the owner, ******* to inquire about the car if the true milage was posted on OfferUp b/c the mileage is much higher than what I'm interested in. A ****** Dealership told me that my/ a car loses 10 times it's value due to the potential ODOMETER Rolled Back. I also inquired about the instant cash offer on ***** Blue Book but didn't qualify - for reasons such as POTENTIAL ODOMETER ROLLED BACK INDICATED. Kia / ****** offered a trade in value of $1000.00, $1500.00, & at most $2000.00.I'm seeking your help in this situation. I'm requesting for ******* to make this situation right, to do the right thing. B/c it very wrong what he did- to be dishonest & falsified the odometer. It's also a Crime & it hurts/ cost me a lot - money, stress, time, strength, energy, take out of my capacity etc Thank you
