    I purchased and financed a 2011 Cadillac Escalade at Auto connect on 08/30/22 with ***(sales person). Within three weeks of me having the truck it started having hybrid battery problems, so I took in with *** and that was fixed. I got the truck back in October by November the Hybrid Battery had a misfire. I was told to take the truck back in to Auto connect dealership. When i took the truck back *** said the truck was taken to a Cadillac dealership and was told it was not the hybrid battery that it was the transmission. Then *** told me the truck will be fixed if we paid 1,250 of 2,500. After that last conversation i kept calling for updates since I hadn't heard from the Dealership. So in December I was notified to pay before fixing the truck. Since I wasn't allowed to pay after the truck getting fixed I was told to trade in the truck and purchase a different car in January and I went ahead and gave ***** down payment towards a 2017 **** Explorer. Then ****************** financial found out I got a new vehicle and notified me that Auto Connect did not use the Escalade as a trade in there for I had two payments for two different vehicle. ****************** there for red flagged the dealership. Now Auto connect notified me to return the **** Explorer back because it was not financed due to them being red flagged. So now I took the Explorer back on 01/24/23, I asked *** if i could get a written statement to where the finance didn't approve the contract. He then told me no one in the office could do it at the moment to go back in 2 hrs. I went back and he was not there. Today the 01/26/23 I was called by Auto Connect that the Explorer is considered as a Repo, and to pick up the Escalade from the dealership with a tow truck because it will not be fixed anymore. So I was told i can't get my down payment back because of repo but my payments are up to date and i only had the vehicle for less than two weeks. So I am asking for your help.
