      I ordered a dress in 2 different sizes (thus 2 dresses) from this company. When they finally arrived (after about 4 weeks): I found they do not fit. I have been trying to make a return and get a refund. they initially offered me $13 (rejected) then $21 ( again I rejected) and now $38 and claim it's too expensive to return to their warehouse in *****?????       I ordered two dresses from Deuyo. It was a ******** ad claiming to be made in **************. It had a 30 day guarantee refund. I contacted them in the 30 days though the email and was told they don't take returns or refund money. First they offer $12 then went up to $30. They stated that I had to return then and pay to send them to them. This is copy of the email: Dear customer:So ********** is the return address: ************************************************************************** *************.Hope you can give us return tracking number.Once we receive the parcel you return, we will refund you.There is no need return authorization ******** can return the item(s) directly.       Ordered 4 items and they do not fit nor are they the quality I expected or advertised. I want a refund, and they are offering me less than half of what I paid and telling me to keep the items even though they don't fit. I have gone back and forth, and they are now saying I need to send them back to ***** even though they advertise they are made in **************.

      I placed a previous order and when it came it was terribly small, so I tried to cancel a new order placed less than 24 hours previously. I sent an email to them. I havent received any feedback. Their website is not legal and they dont have a phone number available. I will never order anything from them again.

      The quality of the dresses is awful it states the dresses are made in ********* they are not. I can not get a return form. The shipping took a long time the event I need it for is over, but I would never wore it anyway just want my money back. Thank you

      I ordered this dress on June 30, 2024, and received it on July 5, 2024.The dress did not fit well and the quality of the fabric was poor.Their advertisement claimed Easy Return, Money-back Guarantee, and Made in **************, ***. When I tried to return it for a refund I was told they would compensate me $6, and I should keep the garment. When I emailed back that I was not satisfied with that, and I would be happy to return the garment, I was told that their return warehouse was in ***** (which would be very expensive for me to ship), and the best compensation they could offer was $16.This sounds like a lot of false advertising to **** wish for a full refund, and for the company to change their advertising statements to be completely honest with the buyer.

      Date of order 6-15-24 received 7-6-24 items not as described, No return label received. Emails from my complaints did not remain in my incoming mailbox. I have screenshots of all correspondence with Deuyo so I was able to find a customer support address and sent them a customer request for a return/exchange as directed in their return policy. I believe this company is a total scam. I have order numbers and tracking information which now does not function now. Deuyo deducted $111.12:from my Credit card on the same day I ordered. This was a first order. Please inform me on my options. I would like to return items and recieve a full refund. Thank You ************

      On May 14th, we ordered dresses for a wedding on May 31st. The expected arrival date was the 28th-29th (before the 31st), otherwise we never would've ordered the dresses. We even had to order different sizes because there was no way to know if they fit. We didn't get the dresses until June 3rd. First, there was no receipt or return information in the package. When we inquired about a return they said they would not accept any returns unless the product was damaged and we can donate them to a women's shelter. We paid $223.15 (plus they charged us a $6.69 transaction fee that we never authorized) for these dresses. That is a lot of money and we to be able to return them for a refund.

      I ordered dresses from this company never received my order I spent $87. I have not received any communication from them except a confirmation they received my money and order.

      I ordered 2 dresses for ***** on April 23, 2024 from Deuyo. They were delivered on May 20, 2024. The items were totally mis-sized, the material extremely thin, similar to lingerie material and did not look at all like the pictures.I requested a return via email on May 26, 2024 and their customer service wrote back and offered my $14. When I responded that this was not acceptable, they countered with an offer of $20 in an email on May 28, 2024.Can anyone recommend the next steps to take to attempt to resolve this issue.
