            Oct 21,2021 Came in to the store to purchase a Halloween costume. Never in my life I have ever felt embarrassed and belittled by someone but in fact a store employe. He was the "manager/owner". His name was ****. Just asking the simplest questions. I felt the anger and frustration on his voice. After bring this to his attention. How he makes me feel. Smirked at me and Made no effort to apologize or to make the situation better. I just felt so harassed by him . I literally felt pressured to purchased something just of how much anxiety I felt being around ****. I understand showing your a "tuff" boss but to treat a client like that is WRONG. You also get treated the same by his employees. Most are female employees and every time I'll ask or need something. They go to **** to "ask" him something. Just to have him and his employees look at me from a distance and smirk and laugh at your direction. For being a small business, I'll think the owner will be more helpful or accommodating to his clients . Just a poor unprofessional experience. There's much more that happened but just talking about it. It's giving me anxiety at this moment.
