This company repossessed my car about a month and a half ago and they damaged the suspension and the body of the car. I took it to the dealer and the estimate is over $15,000 for the repairs. The tow truck driver didnt have the right equipment to tow the vehicle and he was told not to take it like that . He insisted its a 2 Wheel Dr. when its a four-wheel-drive . When I picked up my car from their lot it had a suspension fault warning i asked for the manager. They said he was not there and the lady that was there told the other employees to tell me to wait outside for the tow truck because she was about to close the gate knowing that my vehicle was not drivable and it was their fault even the employees there were trying to fix my car They fix the bottom cover because it was all ripped in on the floor hanging the bumper was all scratched and out place they close the mirrors without the key and now one of them gets stuck when you turn it and they scratch the door when they opened it with the metal tool I saw that. last time **** replied here but everything he daid was a lie He said he will take care of it. I got him the evidence, the video of the driver taking my car without dollies or a flatbed and he told me that he was waiting for a document from the dealer but the guy incharged was on vacations and he couldnt get a hold of him so I called the dealer and I asked and they said no nobodys been on vacations weve been here nobodys tried to contact us nobodys sending no documents or anything then I call jhon back and then he tells me Im a liar that he didnt tell me that he had gone on vacations and changes the story theyre so unprofessional thats childish immature he hasnt done anything to try to fix my vehicle intead he continues to play games while Im struggling with my car damaged, thanks to them I was driving a rental at the beginning but then I ran out of money and I cannot afford it anymore. Im paying **** per week im paying for that and then for a car loan I cant even drive it i dont even think they are licensed they dont know how to do their job and its not like he wasnt told he wasnt doing his job properly but . He insisted it was a 2 Wheel Dr and took it , then my fianc calls on my behalf and the secretary tells him not to be calling that she had already told me not to have other guys called them because a lot of different guys have called besides my husband and she cannot provide any information to them, and Im right next to him i said what is this snake trying to do and why its not my fault that they dont know what theyre doing is their damages, their mistake what kind of business is that? Im gonna make sure I report this to the city to see if they even have a business license because if they did, they should be able to provide insurance for the damages, their employees causeBusiness response

My car was reposed by this company on the 25 of october 2023 they took my car and when i picked it up it wasnt drivable any more i tried to ask for help to she secretary she said they were closed and i must wait outside too because she needed to close the gate the other employees were very helpful they tried to help me but then they said she might get mad if theycontinue when they brought my car to the front part of the yard i saw my cars cover hanging and all ripped then the guys fixed it while i was paying then i noticed the mirrors were closed manually and when i turned the car on one of them didnt work it keeps getting stucked the door has a scratch from when he opened the door with a metal tool and also my bumper got all scratched from when he towed it he didnt tow it properly so he just hooked it up from the tires from the back because he tought it was 2 wheel drive and its not its 4wd i told him and other ppl that was there told him that he wasnt doing his job properly he was gonna damage the car he said we got dollies and its a 2 wheel drive we got this police was there and theres cameras and pictures of thhe insident then when i go pick up my car was really low like the bumper almost touching the floor the guys right of way asked me for the keys to see if they didnt brake something they were concerned they even told me and they were helpful until the girl fro the office got upset with them so i went outside to park my car slowly and towed it from there to the dealer were they made the estimate for the airbags that were blown ff only that its $14000 not including the damages to the body the bumper , bottom cover , the scratches on the door for opening with that metal tool , the mirror and also i had to get a rental and i sent them the evidence already videos pictures and they said to wait they will call tomorrow but every day its the same answer i dont think they wanna fix my car pls help me i have the videos pictures and eye witnesses 2 police officers .Business response

This company illegally repossessed my car. The repossession agent "******" illegally opened my closed gate and entered private property. He never identified himself until I asked for him who he was. It is illegal in ********** to breach the peace. He did just that. Upon opening my closed gate he my two dogs who were loose ran out of my property at 2am. He also damaged the truck while trying to take it out. Scratched the right side of it on the wall.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: ************ damaged the vehicle while repossession scratched the right side on the wall. They also did in fact breach the peace when the agent opened up our closed private gate. Yes our dogs were loose and their barking woke us up at 2 am when he opened the gate illegally. We thought someone was breaking into our home. When my husband approached him he didn't say who he was nor give his Information until we asked. My husband told him he couldn't take the vehicle and the agent continued to do so. Yes, he gave us permission to remove our personal property but at that point it was clear he didn't care so he just had to take the vehicle as instructed by this unprofessional company. It has been well over 48 hours and this company hasn't even sent me a notice of seizure for my vehicle. Not even a letter with any personal items that *** have been left behind because at 2am half asleep we grabbed what we could. ************ violated ***** laws and that is not acceptable. I am filing a complaint with the ***** next. I have the proof of the agent breaching the peace as they should too if the agent had a camera.

Unfortunately we have reviewed the previous repossession documents, along with pictures and condition report and we we were able to see that the current damages in your vehicle was also there from the previous repossession pictures on scene. Our agents are trained and compliant to follow all laws, We did confirm that the vehicle was not in a secured fence and gate, garage or in any private secured building or gated community.
The Notice of Seizure and Personal Property Inventory was sent next business day of repossession date. At this time we see no breach of peace or any issues with the repossession of this collateral. Please let us know if theres anything else we can do for you, thank you.Initial Complaint

They illegally came on my property, damaging my vehicle, my garage and stealing items from my vehicle. I've tried to contact the owner multiple times and he has decided to ignore me. They need to pay for these itemsBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/02) */ Arrived at your home, made contact with you, you come down opened your garage door and put the stick to hold door up & you removed your personal property out of the vehicle and you voluntary gave us the keys and we left. You emailed and I call you back and put you and the agent on whom recovered your vehicle on 3 way, he spoke to you and told you, you were lying, and I attempted to call you back as requested multiple times and did not get an answer. The neighbor came over to tell me some man was in the garage, claiming to take my truck to he worked on. I only got ONE call from ****, who hung up after 2 rings and has not been "available" since. They claim to have video, as the agent said, so they need to produce the video, which will show the agent entered my property without my knowledge or permission and caused damage. They need to be responsible and stop the lies. Law recovery looks way worse trying to cover a lie that isn't even worth all this. I came outside and my vehicle was already hooked.
