I got married February 2022. We paid for photography and wedding video. My wife and i have contacted **** numerous times through phone, text messages and emails with no response. **** till this day has not returned our email, calls or text messages regarding our video and photos. My wife found **** at the Wedding expo in *********** and after recent research, we found that **** has done this to multiple people as read on Yelp. I am requesting for my photos and video to be delivered as soon as possible or I would like a full refund. It has been over a year that I got married this is very unprofessional.Initial Complaint

We paid him in full in the amount of ***** for a photo package on 3/31/2022. We were supposed to receive the fully edited photos within 3 weeks of that date including a wedding album. We have tried contacting **** numerous times through email, text messaging, phone calls, social media and wedding wire but no return calls or response from him.Initial Complaint

My wife and I signed a contract with **** ********* (A True Love Story Photography) on 12/28/19 stating that he would provide us with wedding photography/videography. We provided the following payments ***** on ********* **** on ******** **** on 3/28/22) for photography/videography services and products. **. ********* sent a photographer and videographer to our wedding (3/26/22) and requested the final **** payment on 3/28/22 which I sent. After not receiving any contact from **. ********* several weeks after the wedding, I tried contacting him on 4/26/22 via text, email, phone, and Facebook message to request an update. He never responded to these messages or the many attempts I have made to contact him since. It has now been approximately 5 months since our wedding, and **. ********* has not responded to any messages or provided the photos/videos per our signed contract. My wife and I are devastated that we have no pictures or video of our wedding and that we have lost ******* We would like **. ********* to send us the photos and video he was contracted to provide, and if the photos and video are no longer available, to give us a full refund. Thank you so much for your help! It would mean so much to us to have the memories from our wedding day preserved so we can show our children someday. Please see attached proof of three payments to **. ********* and signed contract. We are happy to provide any additional documentation that would be helpful to resolve our complaint.
