On 09/24/21 My husband and I dined at Riva Grill. There was a total of 6 people at the table and each couple paid their own bill. I have a spicy chicken sandwich that i found to be undercooked after taking a few bites, the middle was pink. My husbands Shrimp scampi was cold to the touch. The other couple with us had to send back a steak platter to be warmed as their food was cold to. The waitress was nice but i could tell when she took their food back she was bothered. Because of that I just stopped eating my food. I had ordered the Lobster bisque which came out first. All three of the ladies at the table had it. It had a funny taste so we didn't finish it. We were all talking to the waitress about how disappointed we were and there was just an "I'm Sorry". That night all three of three of us who ate the bisque were sick all night. Did not go out as planned. I reached out to the restaurant for a refund and they have not called or emailed me back. I just want my $107.66 back.
