            I purchased a cooking class as a gift on 9/22/23 for a class taking place on 10/27/23. I received a reminder email/text to attend the class on 10/26/23. On 10/27/23 at 11:32 am (the day of the class, 7 hours before it was supposed to start), we received an email canceling the class. The email is below this text. I emailed back asking if we would receive information about a credit OR a refund, but I never heard back. I emailed on 10/27, 11/3, and 11/5 and never heard back. I also called them repeatedly and just called/emailed again today but didn't hear back. The money has not be refunded to me, nor have I heard back from them. 10/27 Email to All Customers Attending the Class Hi and I am very sorry to inform you that tonight's class will be canceled due to a water leak that I thought would be fixed but is not ready yet. We were so excited for this fun class and now we are so sad. With that said you will receive a follow up email regarding a credit for another class if you wish.             This company charges for cooking classes with no intention of actually providing the service. I wish I had taken the time to read the yelp reviews before I booked a Spanish Tapas cooking class in early January. The class was rescheduled three times, always just a few hours before it was supposed to begin.Most recently, I was told the class would go ahead in two weeks. In those two weeks, I sent multiple emails trying to confirm the course but there was no response. I've tried calling several times and it goes straight to a voicemail that is not set up.Ultimately I had to charge it back through my credit card because *********************** fell off the grid and ghosted me after taking my money.She has previously been sued in small claims court regarding Waverly and her website still allows people to register for childrens cooking camps despite the above issues. Look at the Yelp reviews to see others similar issues.
