My first time dealing with data recovery services in general and from going through such a stressful situation like losing data, **************** from Secure Data Recovery made it such a smooth process. He quickly got back to my inquiry and emails throughout the process, and was very supportive and informative from beginning to end which gave me great confidence and peace of mind in their abilities. I had an excellent experience overall and was fully satisfied with the service I received, as they were able to provide me updates and follow-*** while promptly answering all my questions. Most importantly, majority of my sensitive files and documents that I had once lost were recovered. I thought I had done everything right when buying my new computer: purchasing an external hard drive, transferring data, formatting the old computer. But then, the data transfer from the external hard drive to my new computer (or even any other computer) wasn't working! It contained my whole life: tax documents, family recipes, work files, and... all the photos of my children. My world collapsed. Thanks to Secure Data Recovery, to whom I sent the external hard drive, I quickly and for free received a diagnosis of the problem and a proposed solution to recover my data. Once I entrusted them with the task, everything was done quickly and 100% of my data was recovered! I am at a loss for words to express my gratitude towards this company. They have my complete trust. This company SAVED me! 100% data recovery was the goal, but I understand that this is not always possible. The drive I had was considered severely damaged and was no longer running or accessible. Despite this, **** and SDRS were able to recover the vast majority of my data. **** was very pleasant and took the time to clearly explain to me what my issue was and how it could be addressed.Review from Dalia L

I recently had a 1.5 TB HDD die unexpectedly. It had a lot of data stored on it. Fortunately, Secure Data Recovery was able to discover the issues (combination of mechanical failure preventing normal reading of the drive, and some minor corruption likely caused by a recent power outage just before it died) and assured me it was something they could fix. The initial cost estimate was, unfortunately, rather high for me at the time. However, they were willing to negotiate a lower price in exchange for lowering it's priority (so instead of 3-5 day turnaround, I was expecting a few weeks). To my surprise, the very next day I got an email saying they have it ready for me!Absolutely amazing! Thank you so very much!Review from Casey O

My micro SD phone card had completely corrupted and I couldn't fix it myself, so I sent it off to Secure Data Recovery. I must admit that ******* and his team are lifesavers. I had an external drive that had some wedding photos on that I shot and was destroyed before delivering to the client. SDR was able to recover all of the files and get them back to me in their original state. ******* was very accomodating and helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars They were able to calm all of my anxiety and stress.
