This is one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had with a car parts company. I made an order for a $********* Tubular radiator support on 6/8/24. They email me promptly and tell me that its back ordered and asked me if I wanted to cancel the order or go through with it but that it would take 4-6 week to get to me. I said that it was fine and they promptly responded back and kept me updated. I received the item and when i tried to put it on it didnt align right. I tried putting it on multiple ways and it still wouldnt align right . When i was able to align it with the fenders the bolt holes to bolt in on the frame were literally an inch off and vice vice versa. The hood pin tabs were also completely crooked. I contacted the company about my issues. They responded and I sent them pictures and we were going back and fourth. Then the guy proceeded to tell me that it might be cause the car is old and that its on **** stands. I told them thats not true and that I just want a replacement one since they sent me a defective and they have 1 year warranty on all their parts and this more then qualifies. They have not answered me anymore after that and I sent them a couple more emails and they wont answer. I am very unpleased with this company !PLEASE STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY DONT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS UP!Business response

I ordered seat brackets from them on January 25th. After placing my order, I was told that they were on backorder (not listed on the website) and would take 4-8 weeks to arrive. I decided to wait it out. A month later, I get the brackets. Thankfully I didn't install them before they call me 2 weeks later and tell me that the parts they sent were actually defective. So another 2 weeks later I finally have the correct parts. Now 2 months after I finally have what I believe are the correct parts. Fine, I knew that it could've potentially taken that long. I got to install the seats on my brackets and guess what? They don't fit. I was putting on NRG prisma seats and they bent them in a way which made the seats/bracket not line up with the factory mounting holes. Not only that, but the hardware they did send was too tall and wouldn't even have secured the brackets if they did fit. So I call them up and I'm told to send them images of the issues. I do, and they tell me I can return them for shipping at my own expense PLUS a 20% restocking fee. I reply and basically say f*** that, your part is defective. They thankfully waive the fees and say that I will receive a refund 5-7 days after they receive the package. They received it 2 weeks ago, nothing has touched my bank account. I have opened a claim with my bank.Business response

Customer has filed a chargeback on his **** card. We're working on getting our product back and will issue refund and settle the chargeback case.
