On April 24, Monday, September. ********** has failed all his promises that he will mail all my papers/documents of all my medical/treatment records. Three weeks going to 4 weeks have passed and I still did not get anything in the mail. I have suggested that I can pick it up in his office, but he don't want me to come to his office. Also, my first encounter with one of his front desk staff,KC, happened when I was going for my therapy.She was always making faces everytime she gave me a paper mask to wear.She apologized later on for doing that. According to her she was the one buying the mask for the clients out of her own pocket. The second encounter, was when I asked to use the restroom. I have to wait for KC because she is the only one who has the key to the restroom. This happened two times and I got mad the 2nd time because I accidentally voided in my pants because KC was not in the front desk and she got the key, And I waited longer than the first one that caused me to void in my pants. This is the only office/clinic that I know of with this kind of policy that the key to the restroom is personally held by only one person. Just like any other business offices, specially clinics,the restroom is easily accessible to the clients. ************************ nor his staff did not apologize on this incident. Instead, ************************ stopped my therapy abruptly and did not explain about the behavior of his staff and his policy about the restroom. After those incidents, he is giving me hard time getting my records. I hope that your interference in this matter will resolve my problem and also, I hope that the policy of this chiropractor will change for the better. Masks should be given to his clients freely without hesitation and the Restroom should be easily accessible to the clients. Thank you very much.Respectfully yours, *************************** P.S.
