      I would like to file a complaint and claim regarding my two boxes. Tracking numbers ********** and ********** Last update was March 25 which was more than two months ago. I already sent email before but the responses were vague and when I tried calling the hotline all they say is for me to wait. I hope this time, I will have my issues resolved.

      Good day. I have scheduled a cargo box for pick up today, April 27, 2024 (between 2:00 pm & 5:00 pm). I scheduled the said pick up date 2-3 weeks ago with booking reference number: *******. I am based here in *******, ********. The LBC Express hotline I called was **************. I was waiting the whole day and even reached out to their hotline 6 times already, with no plan of action given, just a statement that theyll reach out to the driver. Its 9:30 pm here in ******** and no one has reached out to me. Im still waiting for any text message or phone call from them as Im writing this message. Im hoping this will reach out to the corporate office. I have cancelled all my scheduled appointments, just to block my schedule to them, and yet I was waiting for nothing, eventually. Thank you.

      My one and only ********** Box was supposedly guaranteed to arrive before Christmas, December 25, 2023. It was delivered on Jan. 9, 2024 which was too late. My family did not receive their Christmas presents timely as promised.The tracking number is **********. I did contact the company for a refund or some type of compensation. I called LBC at ************** on several occasions and emailed as directed. Why do they advertise and promise a delivery on time when they are not able too.

      This is the 13 XL BOXES that I shipped to *************** using LBC and my box was probably in the ******** warehouse in Bulacan since end of November and they failed to delivery it to my house so on December 20,2023, I told my fianc to go to the warehouse and retrieve my box. We were shocked to see the condition of my box. He opened it in the presence of LBC employee and shocking to see what was just left of my stuffs. I called LBC Philippines at that time and informed them about it and same process I have to do . Attached are the photos, videos, packaging lists and my complaint. TOTAL AMOUNT OF STOLEN ITEMS IS $1782.00 plus $100 for shipping fee because I have to re purchase the stuffs and ship it again .

      On August till October 2023, I used *** to ship all my 15 XL BOXES to *************** and after 2 months, my 10 XL boxes arrived and 5 boxes , lots of items were stolen. I contacted *** in *************** and informed them what happened and I was advised to file a written complaint and to attached all pictures and the packaging lists which I did on October 22,2023. After I filed my complaints, I was provided a ticket reference for all the 5 tracking numbers. The complaint handler from the *** Philippines contacted me and left me a voice message. She was saying that upon investigation, there were no discrepancies according to the delivery people but I immediately contacted her by email and told her that when the delivery people delivered my boxes, my receiver questioned them why the boxes were opened and they response to him wasit was opened in the US not them. My receiver told them that no way they are opening those boxes in the US because I used ********************** for many years and my boxes were never opened. The only reason I switched to *** at that time because they had a promotion of $170.00 for 2 XL BOXES for my province. And that was also the reason I shipped 15 XL plus I am retiring next year February ****. When the delivery people left in a hurry, my fianc called me thru video messenger and he showed me everything so I told him to take a pictures and once he opened them, we saw that a lot of items were stolen. I got my packaging lists copy so we went over to each boxes. On Nov. 9, 2023, complaint handler emailed me and asked me the final price of each stolen items and on Nov. 12, I gave her the final amount of $1848.00 plus $200 for shipping fee so I can purchase and ship those items again. There were no response and communications with the complaint handler after that and I gave her November 28 to pay up everything or I will file a complaint but on that day, she emailed me and she said that they will ask assistance to *** originating office which is here in Mipltas Calif. TOTAL amount they need to pay is $2048.00

      On 07/03/2023 I paid LBC $105.00 for a package to be shipped from ****************** to ****** ***********. Tracking number 1197942181.On 07/11/2023, LBC tracking website stated "Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with our official customer channels". When I called, the rep told me the driver could not find the delivery address. That's strange because I found the address on ****** Maps. I gave her further information that the recipient's house is 9 doors down from "*****'s Store", which is also visible on ****** Maps. There should be no reason a driver familiar with ****** would not be able to find the address. The rep told me they would call the recipient and deliver the next day.The next day, 07/12/2023, On 07/11/2023, LBC tracking website stated the same issue: "Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with our official customer channels". When I called, the rep told me the driver could not find the delivery address. The rep further told me no one at LBC tried to call the recipient. That's inexcusable.I asked to speak to a supervisor, but I was told none were available. One **** ****** put me on hold for 10 minutes, then disconnected the call.LBC requires that senders list package contents in detail. The content list is available for LBC employees to see. My suspicion is the package was stolen by an LBC employee.

      I tried to ship my father's wheel chair to them, but since they do not accept lithium batteries, I had to cancel it. I paid $977.33 since 3/12/23. I have contacted their phone number Contact US (************) 8585-999 (Provincial) 1-800-10-8585-999 and I still have not received my refund so I can ship my father's wheel chair there.       I have emailed BBB (laat 02/23/23) for this complaint as all the details would not fit the limited character requirements and we were advised last 03/01/23 to file a complaint online. Hope you can have the time to see the email for the full picture. Basically, we are trying to have LBC cover the remittance that they failed to deposit to my bank account in *************** for a payment for my auto loan, as well as cover for the charges that incurred due to their dishonesty and lack of care which ultimately resulted to the auto loan not being paid on time and being enrolled to Bayanihan Acts 1 and 2. I have deposited via LBC to the same account number before this one time that they said was deposited but was not. I contacted them constantly via email and call and gave support requirements when they asked si we can finally have a solution, but they do not seem to want to resolve the matter. It's such a pain to be neglected and trying to be on top of things, when a service that's supposed to support their fellow kababayans lie, turn their back, and not care. Please, please, help.

      I had six (6) large boxes of used clothes, shoes and kitchenware sent to my home address in ***************. All 6 boxes were tampered with and goods were stolen from the boxes. I immediately contacted and reported the problem to LBC who just lags in their responses to the issue. I guess theyre taking their sweet time so the reporting/complaining time will expire. My girlfriend tried on numerous occasion to reach out to them to no avail.
