      I WANT MY MONEY BACK! They promised that I will received my balikbayan boxes before Christmas since I sent my boxes before the cut off date. I went to **** for the holidays with my family Dec 17, 2023 but our boxes were not there yet. We end up spending more money to buy for our clothes, personal belongings and gifts that were in those boxes that this LBC didnt delivered! Its already Jan 10, **** and were already back here in LA, still our boxes were not delivered to ********* made our vacation a HELL! **************** is really bad! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

      My son sent me a balikbayan box last October 21, 2023 which I just received it today. My son included some of my medications and health supplements that I need while staying here in ***************. After complaining with an LBC store during the last week of December why I have not received my box, they could not answer me except to tell me to call their customer service number or send an email. I sent them several emails and thats the only reason why I got it according to the head guy who delivered told me that there are several boxes to be delivered and consignees are even picking up their own boxes. Since December, I have been monitoring it and it was on their delivery team since December 20,2023. I asked the head guy why it took so long for delivering it and he told me because they dont have enough people to handle the deliveries. He told me because of my emails he had to include my box for delivery today. He further told me that his bosses really dont care for the deliveries of these boxes. I will still pursue complaining this issue with ********** authorities for LBCs unfair practices that are detrimental to those people who paid good money for delivering boxes to *************** for their loved ones to enjoy.

      NEVER pay using your cc when you booked a package padala, they charged me twice and NEVER got my refund. I called them million times, keep saying same s*** they think I'm stupid they even asking for my full information including security code on my card. Hello LBC Scam.. and BYE!

      I used LBC Remittance online transaction, not knowing there is a 3rd party which is ********************** Money. Transaction was done online on ***** 14, received an email, money ready for pick-up. Upon telling the recipient, he went to the ******** Branch, but didn't received the transaction as per receptionist, OK. So, over the phone with the person picking up the money and the LBC receptionist, I CANCELLED the transaction. (Everybody knows) and I CANCELLED too online thru LBC, which I received an email, thats was ***** 15.After few days.. ***** 18, I received an email that the money was PICK-UP!I called Intermex, they said as per LBC someone picked up the money, But ******************** branch and the recipient was AWARE of the CANCELLATION. SInce I reported to LBC the incident I NEVER RECEIVE any answer from LBC.I have to call them for update.I have to file dispute on my bank to get my money back.I was blocked on my LBC because of the dispute.The recipient even went back to ******************** Branch to confirm that he NEVER receive the money.SO.. ************ BRANCH.. who signed for it??

      Hi, we sent 9 Boxes padala since March and April of this year and its been 5 months we still dont get the boxes deliver to our hometown. Its just frustrating how the customer service respond to our concerns, been calling and requesting an update since July but the business reason for three months is congested and no available vessel at the moment. Our products and personal belongings from the packaged already expired. I dont understand why until now they cant make solution from our boxes. I heard a lot of courier from *** to *********** already been delivered safely to their family in *************** except only LbC has this kind of issue. I understand theres some problems happening in the business but having 5 months that stuck because of congestion is unbelievable. They should have plan A or plan B when it comes to this matter. We spent so much money for the packages to get it deliver to our loved ones but this one is very disappointing.
