I have been in contact with the lead customer service manager of ************************** or GVM for 2 months now.There was an order/package that was rejected "return to sender." He acknowledged receiving the rejected package and promised a refund over 45 days ago.There is absolutely NO REFUND for this item posted to my credit card over this last period of waiting time.I emailed him again and he says, "I refunded you." At this point it is obviously some sort of game. First promise a refund. Then you do not get refund and he says he already did and pretends he is struggling with pushing the refund button on his computer.I think everyone knows owners of merchant accounts have digital records and transaction data like a bank statement that shows if he had actually refunded it or not.It has become a sham. He is making false statements and misleading me in hopes of never having to issue the refund. To give you an idea of the type of games they play: The refund policy you see AFTER you buy the products are "return the package to an address in ***** (you pay for it) and wait multiple months." --- It should be clear to the public the company does NOT want to give any refunds for any reason and plays completely unacceptable games with customers.
