Purchased item on August 1, 2024 and selected shipment date of August 14, 2024. To date item has not been shipped and company has not responded to email inquiries regarding its status. **** was notified of a shipment and provided a tracking # but company never provided item to ****. First inquiry after missed delivery date was on 8/19 website indicates emails are typically responded to within 24 hours. No response was received.Initial Complaint

I saw an advertisement on tiktok and ordered for a delivery on 7/12/2024. When I didnt reCieve and info. I emailed them and 3 days later after the 12th they sent me an email stating they were shipping this on 7/15. I waited still no package. Looks like my package got lost or delayed. Tracking stopped tracking 2 days later. I asked for a refund knowing my parashable item is probably rotten by now. They refuse to give me one stating my package is on its way. I want my refund. I will no longer work with this company. They have poor customer service. 0/10.Initial Complaint

My son saw this product on Shark Tank and thought it would be a great Christmas gift for his brother. He placed the order on 12/11/23. The money was deducted immediately. He never received order or shipping confirmation so he emailed them asking for an order update on 12/18. No reply. The cut of for Christmas delivery was 12/16 so we figured they were just busy. Order did not arrive by Christmas so he emailed again. No reply. I reached out to them on Instagram. No reply. After doing some digging, I found several hundred negative comments about people who were experiencing same situation as us. I emailed them on 12/29. No reply. I messaged shark tank about the company. No reply. Finally, today, 1/2/24, the box arrived with something completely different than what is described on the website. We got a mushy potato with a grainy picture 1/2 glued onto it. None of the other items were included that he paid for.Initial Complaint

I ordered the product on 12/12/23. There were options on when you would like your shipment to be sent with recommendations to get your product in time for Christmas. I made my order and followed the recommendations to ensure I would receive my product in time for Christmas. The next day I received an email with incorrect information regarding my order confirmation. I sent an email asking for clarification and was responded to by an automated service telling me I would be contacted within 24 hours. Many days went by and I still hadnt heard from them so sent a follow up, there was no reply to the follow up either. On top of not getting any replies my product never arrived. I have no way of contacting this company because they dont reply to emails and there is no phone number listed. I dont even care if I get my money back but I want to try to stop as many people as I can from supporting this scam company and would like some sort of response from them
